after almost 3 years of saying i used rhe casino in bad faith locking my accoubt and taking my $5,000 withdrawal plus the $800 still left inplay i get a email saying my withdrawal will stay pending flr 1-2 days so i email them they say im trying to withdraw $2

Took my deposit of £20 on the 13th of January and then banned me from the casino seconds afterwards

Now holding my Funds Customer Services telling me one minute i dont have an account and the next minute that my account was banned in december before i had even created it! , and that my funds would be sent back automatically this was over a week ago now.

Tried to Report as Fraud on my Bank app for the transaction not to show up for a chargeback

I won money at JackpotVillage at the end of 2020 and completed all requested KYC documentation: passport, address, income verification, full bank statements. Everything was sent — and ignored.
The withdrawal was blocked because I refused to send documentation for a €1,000 bank transfer that was NOT a deposit. It was a private transfer between my own accounts. Still, the casino refused to pay. They never accused me of fraud or breaking the rules — just went silent.
I’ve contacted support, filed an MGA complaint, submitted to eCOGRA (which couldn’t review due to a time limit), and even sent a formal legal demand. The result? Nothing. Just one generic reply: “you were banned in 2021.”
Being banned doesn’t entitle a company to keep your money.
The worst part? They never even explained why they won’t pay. No legal basis, no final decision, just radio silence.
White Hat Gaming, the company behind this brand, clearly hopes people just give up. Maybe many do. I won’t.
Avoid this casino and anything under the same license. Once you win, you’re not a “valued customer” — you’re a liability.

Don’t touch this site. The payouts are derisory and when you do win something to withdraw they find any excuse not to pay out, from stonewalling to blaming the bank for refusing to accept the payment and yet they are more than happy to keep taking your deposits. When you complain they freeze your account and send you emails laying out a number of things you need to do before they pay you and when you do what they suggest they still find reasons not to pay you. A scam company. Don’t go near them

Wow, just wow.

Quick review here, but this site pays out the lowest "features" we have seen for a very long time. It does it repeatedly too, which is a clear sign they are running altered games.

We triggered the feature on Eye of Horus on £1 spins which paid £10, then we managed to trigger the feature on Eye of Horus Tablets of Destiny on £4 spins, this paid a pathetic £52!

It gets worse, the third feature we triggered was on Gates of Olympus at £1.50 spins, and this returned £8!

We then hit the feature on Eye of Horus again, this time on £2 spins, this paid out £0!

The last feature we hit was Big Bass Bonanza at £5 spins. You would think this would be a decent return, however we got back £115.

Remember too, that these features took in most cases hundreds and hundreds of spins to trigger.

1 or 2 bad feature payouts in a row fine, but 5! And across all the games we tested. This points to something very dodgy indeed going on behind the scenes.

I sent bitcoin and they are keeping my money, they asked for a screenshot of a hash code for the transaction, the hash is not ever shown on the screen, I gave them the hash code and they told me to come back in 24 hours, the issue is not one that would take that long to sort out, anyone can see the blockchain and know that I sent them money but they won't credit it to my account.
