I'm giving 2 stars because for weeks I've been trying to figure out what I purchased from Jack Rabbit. I've never heard of jack rabbit. I recently had a credit card stolen so I'm extra vigilant about weird charges. After a lot of digging I came to the conclusion that this is probably from a Boulder Running Company purchase I made. It would be nice if you included what the customer bought so they wouldn't get weirded out by your sketchy looking email. Also, maybe make your review email look more friendly, it looks like a scam email. The shoes are great though!

I ordered a pair of Brooks Revel running shoes from JackRabbit in May. Ordering was very simple, including the use of a gift card. Shipment happened quickly and my order arrived sooner than expected. Great experience overall.
New Running Shoes
My salesman was very helpful and worked with me to find the shoes with the firmness in the sole that I was looking for. I tried on 3-4 different pair and then was able to jog half a mile on the treadmill before purchase. Everything felt very helpful with no pressure to buy something that wasn’t right. It was great to work with one person from fitting to payment. He also laughed at my (bad) jokes.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 24May18 but never received a shipping confirmation and after waiting a few weeks I emailed Jack Rabbit but did not receive a reply. When I called customer service, I was told that they do not ship to APO/AE military addresses. It would have been nice to receive an email or have my email replied to as to why I wouldn't be receiving my order.

When it comes to buying running shoes, there’s no better place to buy them from. The people are always helpful and friendly. They will spend how ever much time with you to help you make a smart purchase. Plus, their treadmill in store is a great way to test shoes! The Running Spot is the only place I buy my running shoes.

Beware the "gift card"
I purchased running shoes with the promotion, "pay full price, get a $20 gift card to use later". When the e-mail with the "gift card" came there was no visible indication of an expiration date. Since I was buying running shoes, it was two or three months later that I needed new shoes and wanted to use the "gift card". Clicking on it in the e-mail just took me to the main Jack Rabbit web page. I called customer service, they couldn't help me. I emailed customer service, no response. About 10 days later I emailed customer service again. Eventually they told me that they had no record of my "gift card" but it had likely expired. They were kind enough to give me a $20 credit, but it was a huge amount of effort. And unfortunately the new shoes I ordered using the give me blisters....
