I really enjoy the emails I receive but…

I really enjoy the emails I recieve but searching for flights that are and have recently been on offer by location would be better. In addition knowing more options for deals with prem econ or business for long haul flights as very centred on economy.

We do make it very clear on the site that we want to get our members all around the world on any budget and this does mean that we will look for the cheapest way of doing that. We look at both luxury and budget airlines but lots of the best offers will be on budget airlines. This does not mean that we don't look for premium economy or business (or even better!) and make sure that we send those tips out as well :)

We completely understand that travelling on budget airlines is not for everyone and we do our utmost to cater to the needs of all of our members. Our mission has always been to make sure that air travel and being able to see as much of the world as possible is available to everyone and that you're not just limited to the bigger airlines that you know and fares that are out of reach.

Excellent customer service

I wanted to leave the group as my husband isn't well and unable to fly. I had originally sent an email to do this last quarter but unfortunately it was overlooked. However on contacting them this time it was sorted and I was refunded immediately. Thank you.

Beware, it a scam!

Beware of that conman called, Jack. Deliberate OFF reminder option so your hard earned money will disappear in a minute.

I noticed a charge of £48 from my credit card that I never intended to make. Never got money back as nog part of ombudsman. Seems pure dodgy business to trick people everyday. His reviews say how customers get cheated every day with the same conman tactic! Please stay away & destroy his robbery business.

Beware.

Beware.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Jack’s Flight Club.
I never received any value from their service, and yet they insisted on keeping my money because of their refund “policy.” To me, this feels like a business model that depends more on catching people out than on keeping customers satisfied.

I noticed a charge of €48 from my bank account that I never intended to make, and the company name on my bank statement was “Camden”, which gave me no clue it was Jacks flight club.... I actually cancelled my creditcard to prevent further payments (!) causing even more hassle in my daily life.

I never used any of their services, and despite reaching out as soon as I found out about the payment, I was refused a refund.

Jack has no interest what so ever in happy customers - only in their money.

Update, October 3rd 2025: I've seen your reply below, and wanted to comment on that:

I did in fact reach out to your support team after discovering the charge — but was still refused a refund. I understand you have a policy, but please dont use it just to hold on to unhappy customers money. This doesn’t feel fair or customer-friendly.

I never used the service, never intended to renew, and would have gladly cancelled had I known.

I appreciate your response, but I hope you review your refund process — not just cite policy.

Hey there. We're so truly sorry to see of your experience with your auto-renewal and would have loved an opportunity to look further into this for you. Sadly, no account details were provided with your review and our request for additional details has not been answered to date.

Without the additional details to actually locate your account, we are unable to see the specifics of your renewal, to ensure there was no service failure.

We can advise that at the time of sign-up, we always make sure to inform our members that all our plans are automatically renewing and can be canceled at any time. However, we understand that it can be easy to forget or overlook this detail. That signup does require your card details, which asks that you approve of the auto-renewing charge before you are sent our Premium alerts. On both the sign up and cashier pages, you are also provided with the date of the renewal and the amount that would be charged. We pride ourselves on being very upfront with these details, so we ensure they are mentioned several times.

We completely understand that dates are missed and provide a 14 refund timeframe, from the date of the charge, in which you are able to receive a full refund. Sadly, we are unable to provide a refund outside of this timeframe.

We truly value our members and are more than happy to assist them, within reason that is fair to them and also to us as a company. Our many 5 star reviews - many of whom have received refunds within their refund timeframes - are a testament to that.

No good for our New Zealand flights

I joined up for the paid service in July because we had read that this was the best time to start looking for flights to New Zealand for the end of November (3 to 6 months from flying). We have had no cheap flight details and when we pushed through and had a look at the tips for cheap flights we just got general information about looking on Google! We did not need to pay for that kind of advice. There are lots of cheap flights advertised, but we could not comment on whether the flights were actually available because none of the flights advertised were for our dsired destination. We ended up using Skyscanner, as we usually do and bought our flights direct with Emirates, costing

At that point, we send out the location of how and where to buy that flight (including if necessary, the particular workarounds or hacks to get the price we've found).

Over 90% of flights get discarded as unworthy and only around 1 in 5,000 make the grade to qualify as an alert, packaged with extra inspiration and expert tips on the destination. Essentially, our experienced flight hunters spend hundreds of hours a week sifting and researching, so you don't have to and alert you when you should go looking on those sites, so you can take advantage of lower than usual prices at the right time.

We do then differ from a travel agent in the sense that we are not always going to have flight offers for the destination you're after, in the timeframe that you are looking for but we do our best to keep an eye on your preferred destinations and alert you right away if we see something amazing pop up.

Poor

Poor. Every flight offered from Scotland doesn’t save much if anything. You have to add luggage often and transit times can be excessive. All this site does is offer stripped-back flying. It’s easy to arrange this yourself. And they want a fee for doing so! It’s nothing more than a poor rip off.

At best, a waste of money, at worst, a dishonest company.

Have been a premium member for three years and have not had any better deals sent to me than l can find myself very easily online using Google flights or Skyscanner. We travel 5 to 7 times a year from our closest airports, Gatwick and Heathrow. Have not been sent a single deal worth using. 'Error fares' seem a lot harder to find these days admittedly but l have not received a single one from this company since registering. Sometimes I'll get two emails in a day, often won't get anything for a week, can always find better prices by searching other sites by myself. Would have cancelled my membership but frankly had forgotten that l am a premium member as they don't send reminders that my yearly subscription is ending, they just bill my account without notice. When l realised this l took action to unsubscribe., but beware! Clicking 'unsubscribe' on the website stops email updates from the company without stopping your payments to them. Very dishonest! My advice would be to steer well clear of this company.
