Terrible products made in China. When you complain, they ask you to send them back to China!!

have just been looking at the trust pilot link on the website which shows completely different reviews to that seen here. avoid.

Awful company. Avoid.

Website took my money and then redirected back to the buying page saying I needed to pay however I had ok'd it in the app so 100% knew I'm not clicking again.
Emailed the company - had 2 replys then utter silence. AVOID AVOID AVOID. scam

If there was a Zero star, I would have used that! Be warned : The item I received was small and poor quality and bore no relation to the image online. I thought this was a UK company but it's not! When you try to return a dress to China (at your own expense), the postage cost is twice the cost of the dress. Utter scam!

I have ordered it from them in the past so they decided to order again because the first time was successful.
I didn’t know that they were from China and that’s where the shipping was coming from. It takes awhile to come but the product/shoes is a good product. However, I had an issue where the wrong size was sent to me and I informed them and it’s been chased up for two weeks with No light at the end of the tunnel. what annoys me is this was not my fault and they are taking a long time to resolve it. This is where I feel I’ve lost out because they don’t want to take a loss where they should.

The dress received were nothing like I ordered and very poor quality, nylon not linen and almost impossible to return unless you want to post to China. A real RIP OFF!!

It’s a fraud website, ignore.

I ordered what looked like a nice padded gillet size XXL I received an utter piece of garbage size small, i forgot to check the reviews as normal. Jackson London is a blatant SCAM, PLEASE DON'T DO ANY DEALS WITH THIS SCAM CHINESE SITE, THERE ARE SEVERAL OF THESE SITES WITH DIFFERENT NAMES, If anyone sees adverts on Instagram or Pinterest, steer well clear, you will lose your money, 100% not worth your while, and the SCAMMING THEIVES ARE ALL STILL FALSE AVERTISING, (WHY ARE THE SCAMMERS STILL ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE?) Look out for 50% discounts, cheap prices for false luxury images and two for the price of one, All total garbage, best to skip by if you see this garbage, and stick to ebay etc, Oh and one more thing, Take ZERO notice of the FAKE Trust pilot
link stating 4.5 stars on their lying Web page, Always go direct to the genuine Trust pilot site, you will then see their true ONE STAR AND BAD RATING AND AWFUL REVIEWS, SHOULD ACTUALLY BE WAY LESS THAN ONE STAR, TAKE CARE.

Zero. I update on my attempts to seek a refund under UK Consumer Act law. In the end after multiple emails back and forth, I reluctantly agreed a 25% refund, amounting to just over £8. I lost £30. Ass holes, scammers. They are still advertising on Pinterest. I have followed complaint procedure which is inadequate to say the least. I know others will be ordering the product thinking they are getting something lovely, but I received something ghastly…not linen, but polyester and spandex. Returns policy awful. Goal posts kept shifting. For goodness sake what can be done to stop these dreadful people 🥺

Not even worth 1 star, Do not purchase from them they are scammers. Jackson London products are very expensive, cheap quality. Item delivered was not the one ordered. They charged for 2 items when only 1 ordered. Too much hassle and costly to return. Only 15 % refund offered , DO NOT SHOP. SCAMMERS.THIEVES

The product arrived damaged and very poorly made. A pair of shoes costing £39.95. They agree they are of poor quality but they are asking me to return them at my cost which is £52.00. They are absolute scammers. DO NOT touch them. Another Chinese company.

If only I could put minus 5 stars, absolutely horrible scamming company, give you impression they are UK based, but have a company address in The Netherlands and ALL returns have to be sent to CHINA for refund, that's why my items took 3 weeks to arrive, and looked like they had been made by a blind one armed 2 fingered child with the cheapest thinest material ever, spent £64 on 2 pairs of shorts ... probably worth about 45p by the looks of it, said I wanted to return them and they eventually said ok giving me address and carrier to send back to China, cast was going to be £36... total scam. Read their returns policy well before deciding whether you want to order... I wouldn't bother though as very very very poor quality, no labels, no washing instructions... not that they would survive a wash anyway. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

This company is a complete scam. Firstly, they claim that their company is rated highly on trustpilot, and the quality of their shoes is atrocious! Completely different to the photograph, and to top it off, shipping return fees start from 40$ to send it back to China, which is not information easily found on their website. Atrocious!

Company is dishonest. They pretend to be in London but are actually based in Amsterdam. The product they sent bore no resemblance to the product advertised and was cheap and poor quality. They were evasive in communication and made it impossible to get a fair refund. In the end we had to accept a 20% refund discount so we could regain anything at all. We will be taking further action against them privately via Dutch trading standards as they are clearly deceiving and defrauding the paying customer.

Stay well clear of this company!! They are not "of London" but are in Amsterdam.
Goods take weeks to come and when they arrive as a pair of orthapaedic sandals i ordered did, are of very poor quality and do not resemble the ones advertised .
Trying to return goods is an ordeal and will cost you money.

Very poor quality, incorrect item sent. To return anything you have to send it back to China at my expense. I bought thinking i was dealing with a company based in London, so any issues would be easily solved. Very misleading. I would not recommend buying from this company

I ordered what I thought was a lovely dress for graduation. It came and was a plasticy nightmare. The company takes 60 quid for horrific quality and are impossible to get through to. I'm heartbroken cause it cost me so much money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER.

The website has begun to delete pages of contact details and info about the site

Not worth 1star. The shirt ordered was nothing like the item shown online and the quality was so bad I didn’t even try it on.
The customer service although they replied was shocking.
Stating we will offer u 15% refund and it wasn’t my fault… I managed to get 50% but after a dozen painful emails.
Waste of time even looking at their web page as everything is falsely advertised just like Temu.
Give them all a wide birth.
