Do not use ! Total scam, set that came was t what was advertised, cost £40 and was told to return it it would cost me £30

Wont refund your money keep making up diffrent stories

Bought a lounge set for my daughter .When the item arrived it was a goat ally different colour to the set advertised .That was a beige grey tone ,when it arrived it was a yellow beige tone ,looked cheap and poor quality material.I sent an email requesting a refund and received no reply .Eventually after daily sending emails I received a reply .I could send it back to Asia but that would cost me …so they say £30

£39 for an item that is available on sites like Temu etc ..for £13 and in some cases free if you sign up for their app!!

Ordered a aviator jacket!!! Absolutely nothing’s like the pictures on their website!! And so misleading on the location of this business NOT IN UK NEVER MIND LONDON!!!!! Do not touch this company with any intention of buying their products!!!!! Very disappointing service and customer care ! Am in the process of getting my money back !! Never again will I be foolish enough to not check reviews.

Please don't buy from this company. The quality of my jumper was poor to say the least, wasn't as long as showed in the pictures and the sleeves are very short (again not as pictures or dims given) when I asked for a refund they informed me i would have to pay to return to Asia (which is in their refund policy but with Christmas rush I didn't read) or get a 10% refund, which was a £3 refund on a rubbish jumper i will never wear. I could have bought the same quality from SHEIN for half the price and SHEIN let you return free.
Save your money.

I fell for this scam and have lost my money. I kept sending emails for a return address and a refund and the response is they cannot offer free returns! Avoid at all cost!

Scam ...do not buy from this company. I paid over £50 for a pair of their Martens boots ....they are terrible quality and took ages to arrive from china .
Don't waste your money !!!!

I purchased the Diesel shoes, in Black. After a wait of 4 weeks. The quality of the shoe was tangibly poor. What made matters worse after 1 day of wearing the shoes the rubber sole has disintegrated at the back of the shoe. Also as the other reviews have suggested they are not a London based organisation and I was slightly concerned when the shipping origination was China. I only spent £35 but writing this review to forewarn anyone not to spend any money of significance on this organisation. Also they quote 4 stars on Trustpilot and when I have actually looked at their score on Trustpilot there are inconsistencies between what they state in their website to what is on here which would suggest some disingenuous descriptions on the website. On a positive note I sent pictures of the product and a message of complaint and they were quick to refund me so this was actually a positive response.

Firstly not from London delivery from China waited a long time.
Secondly expensive inferior product it was a rag
Thirdly do not buy from this company you will be throwing your money away

What a con, a company trying make out they're based in London with head offices in the Netherlands and Belgium what a joke, all their gear is coming from China; so expect a long wait.
I bought a pair of boots from them, they're meant to be real leather with a blue sole and a reddish tongue and heal panel, they're totally different from what is advertised on their website, these boots look like faux leather or plastic with cheap rip off Dr Martin soles. Save your hard earned money, and hassle. What a con!

I ordered 2 pairs of boots which took 2 months to arrive and in this time it was impossible to contact the seller for an update - I assumed I had been scammed and notified my bank and only after this did the package arrive FROM CHINA. The boots are not the same as featured in the photos on the website - the quality is poor and they have a nasty smell. It transpires that I can only return them to China (not UK) at a cost of $40. This is rediculous. Buyer beware - please don't be fooled by what looks like a London company selling quality products - it is not and merely a front for a Chinese importer. I found Jackson-London on Pinterest and can't find a way to report this site.

Also selling under Sam-wear London! Not based in London but China. Clothes are cheap, nasty rubbish. Poorly made and at least 4 sizes too small. Take weeks to arrive then returns are impossible within 30 days. Also more expensive to post them to China than it cost to buy. Paypal won’t back you either. So stuck with a cheap, crappy coat
DON’T TOUCH WITH A BARGEPOLE

Scam scam scam do not look at trust pilot on their website as all fake. Do not waste your money the items are not what you will receive they are not even fit for the bin. If this review saves one person from being scammed I will be happy. Scored a 0 as to add insult to injury arrived late and went straight in the bin !!

Absolute scam company. AVOID at all costs.
I ordered a blue denim shirt and instead of a cotton garment received a nasty 100% polyester shirt devoid of any maker’s label or sizing etc other than a small tag confirming the material.
I requested a full refund within 24 hours of receiving the item and was offered a 10% refund and keep the item or return it from England to the warehouse in “Asia” at my own expense! The cost for me to return it would probably be more expensive than the original purchase price!
The word “London “ in the company name is misleading to say the least.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible Experience with Jackson London - Avoid at All Costs!
I ordered 8 items from Jackson London, and I am absolutely appalled by the quality. The clothes I received are nothing like the photos on their website. The materials are cheap, the fit is atrocious, and the overall quality is shockingly poor.
This feels like a bait-and-switch operation—what you see online is not what you get! I wasted my money on products that I wouldn’t even donate to charity. Their customer service is unresponsive, and returning the items is a nightmare.
I regret every penny spent and would strongly advise others to steer clear of this company. Save your time, money, and frustration!
