I have used Jackson & Phillips for years and I have always found them to be very helpful, honest and friendly. They have helped me out on more than one occasion when unexpected problems have arisen with my cars.

All Staff extremely courteous and helpful. Phoned as arranged when car was ready. Never add any unnecessary items to bill - e.g. tyre treads were getting low but new tyres not recommended at this point as with my low mileage will be ok for next 6 months. This kind of honesty is rare these days and the company are to be commended on their great level of service.

I have been using this garage for probably close to 20 years and at a fraction of the cost of main dealer charges. I have always had good service, without any unnecessary 'extra charges'. A family business that has a reputation to protect which I feel they achieve by their consistency.

I have been using Jackson & Phillips for over 30 years and never had a bad job. I dare say, like with most services, if you shopped around you could save a couple of pounds but if you want a good service and confidence in your vehicle Jackson & Phillips give you just that.

I have been using Jackson & Phillips since i have owned a car and never been let down by the service and due care, my car has always been well looked after and i feel confident in the high level of workmanship which is reflected by the polite and honest office staff. Not only do i get a reminder when my MOT is due but my car is collected and dropped off too. Because it is a family run business this has helped me to have a great relationship and i will continue to use Jackson & Phillips for the forseable future.
