I’d give 0 stars if I could. This company sucks and their customer service is even worse

I ordered three shirts and when I got them they were not as they appeared on their site and the size was much smaller than expected. It has been over two months since I notified them I wanted to return them and after 16 emails I still have not received my money back. They wouldn’t provide a return address until I disputed my charge. Tracking shows they received my package ten days ago. Do NOT order from this company.

I had a terrible experience with Jackson Vale, and I feel compelled to share it with you. I ordered a product from their website, but what I received was so far from the description that it almost seems like a scam. The product I received not only didn't resemble what I ordered, but it didn't even have their brand label on it; instead, it had the label of some obscure Chinese brand.

Speaking of the product quality, I can only say it was a real letdown. The quality was so poor that it seemed like a ridiculous and shoddy version of the original product.

When I tried to contact customer support to resolve the situation, I was met with a wall of inefficiency. My inquiries were either ignored or superficially addressed, with no real solution offered. It was frustrating and made me feel completely disregarded as a customer.

To make matters worse, when I tried to return the product for a refund, I was told that the shipping costs would be on me. Considering I had to ship the product from Europe to USA, the cost of shipping would far exceed the economic value of the product itself. It was a real insult to my intelligence and a clear sign of contempt for customers.

In conclusion, Jackson Vale has shown a complete lack of respect for its customers, offering low-quality products, inefficient customer support, and dishonest business practices. I strongly advise against shop with this brand, and I will look elsewhere for my future purchases.
