I bought a Mercedes EQC from Jacon approx. two years ago. I recently had an issue with a Touch Screen that did not work and went to mercedes to get if fixed. This became a bit tricky due to issues with "junge Sterne". Jacon did not have any responsibility for this. Mercedes contacted Jacon without my knowledge. Jacon went so far beyond both mine and Mercedes exaptation to help me as a former customer. I am simply blown away by their superb service. I can HIGHLY recommend doing business with them. 5 stars is far from enough.
We spent a fortune to lease a car for 2 years, which is unfortunately not unusual in Denmark. What we didn’t like is the fact that we were given a car with used tires, which we were asked to replace and pay for(?! We don’t won the car)
When leaving the car back they found a seriously minuscule scratch for which the want to get a high price, there is zero tolerance, the terribly high price paid does not include a minuscule scratch, wow!
This company takes zero business risks, pushes everything to the customer and just benefits from high charges. It’s abusing a dominant position which I don’t think is going to be sustainable.
I have an excellent experience with Jacon from first arrival to I drove away with the new car.
