I booked an out-of-warranty repair, and the entire process was seamless. The technicians arrived on time to replace the HydroSoothe cushion and a stud for another pillow that had come loose. Their care and attention while working on my J-335 were much appreciated. Although replacing the headrests was a bit fiddly, they completed the job within an hour and even carried out a brief inspection of the tub. Overall, I’m really pleased with the professional service from Dan and the Walfins team!, Swindon.

Great service with fitting the jacuzzi in position. The tub is used daily sometimes twice and has been a great buy for us. It really is the ultimate for relaxation and me time.
