Good customer service from Steve Butler.

I bought a J435 today after visiting Jacuzzi at Bents last week, I returned for a wet test prior to purchasing. Steve was absolutely fantastic throughout the purchasing process. Being of the younger generation, I find large purchases difficult when it comes to sales staff as I usually get disregarded as a genuine customer, however, Steve was very happy to help and took several hours out of his work day in person and via phone calls, to run through the range of tubs and discuss any questions I had without any hesitation.
I am a vary particular customer, I'm sure Steve noticed, but this was no trouble for him and he even went the extra mile offering me a drink and music whilst testing out the display models.

Phil was a pleasure to deal with at Bents Garden center for Manchester Jacuzzi. He was very informative and no hard sell at all. Everything he said has happened and the whole process of buying a hot tub has been so easy. Super friendly service at Manchester Jacuzzi that is so lacking elsewhere in the retail sector.

I was not intending to spend this much on a hot tub but after visiting Bents garden centre and speaking to Steve my mind was changed. He showed me lots of different options in various price ranges and talked about each one. He was very knowledgeable and never pushy or talked the cheaper options down. He asked lots of questions why I was looking for a hot tub and what I hoped to gain from having one. I have multiple musculoskeletal health conditions and having used hot tubs on holiday I noticed a difference.
He then introduced me to the Jacuzzi j-435 hydrotherapy tub and I fell in love.
Still more than I had intended to pay but got a good deal and the finance option made it do able.
It was delivered on the 9th of February, there was a bit of a problem and we didn't think it was going to be installed that day but the delivery guys were amazing and didn't give up.
I can honestly say it has been used everyday at least once since delivery. My husband who was a bit sceptical at first about it being used is also in it every evening and twice a day at weekends.
It looks beautiful and works wonders on aches and pains.
The hydrotherapy jets add so much more to the whole massage experience, it's like having a deep massage treatment.
The only thing that would improve the experience would be to have one flat seat like corner that would make getting in and out a little easier.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a hot tub to look at Jacuzzi first. Visit Bents garden centre in Glazebury, make it a day out and speak to the Jacuzzi sales team there. You won't be disappointed and may end up with something that will change your life.

The engineer was on time, was very efficient, organised and helpful. He made all the information accessible. I will be requesting Mark next time my jacuzzi is serviced.

Brilliant! Got my tub 2 years ago now no issues full with crane and the works. I was extremely nervous, the whole team assured me and guided me through everything and now they are always there in case i need them for advice. Shout out to Phil who recently worked through a water query, the level of knowledge they have is fantastic 👏

Steve at Jacuzzi was amazing from start to finish (even though these were separated by 9 months, our choice and this was fully supported and understood throughout by Steve and the business).

Delivery was spot on, on time, and considerate. Training on site was great and Steve even did a follow up call after a few days to make sure it was all understood and ok.

Thank you to Steve Butler from Jacuzzi Manchester. Steve guided us through the functionality and benefits of the model that we were interested in. The process from ordering to delivery was faultless. Although my anxiety levels raised a little when the Jacuzzi was delivered by a crane over the roof of the house. No need for any concern, all the guys who were involved from delivery to installation were professional. First time of using this morning 7.30 until 8.30, WOW...it was amazing, feel so refreshed and invigorated. Would 100% recommend. Thanks again.

I've not had the best start to owning a hot tub and it's had multiple faults but what I can say is that Mark the engineer once again has been absolutely fantastic and always gives a 5 star service. Mark's always on time, has a smile on his face, goes out of his way to help and give me tips and advice on the running and maintenance of my tub. He's been able to fix all my issues quickly and efficiently and is a pleasure to deal with.

It’s the first time I’ve needed their customer support since buying my hot tub but their reaction has been fantastic. No quibbles whatsoever and the engineer mark was straight out to sort out the issue and gave the hot tub a full health check while he was here. Old school quality of after sales service. A delight!

Arrived on time sorted the problem within minutes and completed the task efficiently. Completely happy with the whole operation. The engineer was great .

I had an issue with a broken tub had independent companies come out all of which couldn’t diagnose the problem, after considering taking a crowbar to the Jacuzzi, I thought let’s give them a call direct and see what happens lo and behold I had an engineer called Mark attending the callout and I cannot overstate how utterly fantastic the service that he provided was in the knowledge he has every question I asked I didn’t hear a single ermmm he literally had an answer for everything. He proceeded to diagnosed and solve the problem and was on his way in an hour. what an asset to your company, fantastic customer service incredible amount of knowledge hats off to you Jacuzzi

The staff, especially Steve, were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. On delivery day, the crane and delivery team arrived 8 a.m. prompt. They were fantastic. Watchin our Jacuzzi being craned in over the house was certainly an experience but all very professional and went without a hitch. The delivery/ installation team had the hot tub in placed filled and up and running in no time. Gave us instructions about chemicals and cleaning filters. We are very happy with our hot tub. We would definitely recommend the team from Bents Garden Centre.

The service I have received from Phil, Steve and the team at Bents and Mark today from Jacuzzi has been absolutely fantastic. They have all demonstrated the values I would expect from the brand and regained my confidence after some issues on installation.

New hot tub had a few fitting/part issues. Nigel from Jacuzzi arrived, ordered new parts and fitted them within a week. Very helpful and friendly technician.

Mark, our jacuzzi engineer is BRILLIANT! He’s helpful, nothing is too much trouble, answers all my queries and gives me good sound advice. This is our first hot tub (jacuzzi) so his customer support goes a long way - thank you 👍
We have found Jacuzzi to be a good company to deal with. They haven’t quibbled anything, just booked us in and Mark has sorted it 👍👍
