Only had the hot tub for 6 weeks and already the Open Flow Switch had to be replaced as we had an error. The engineer arrived and this was replaced along with the tub being turned in the correct direction (it was originally placed so you got into the tub right where the wave of a seat was and not the flat area inside the tub). The two pumps fuses then decided to blow or was it the fact that the tub had been left in 'Demo' mode when the engineer left! Either way we didn't know the pumps weren't working or the temperature wasn't correct until the engineer had left and the tub was refilled with water and switched back on! So the engineer had to come back again. So two engineer visits in 6 weeks I hope this was only a glitch. We only ever had 2 engineer visits in the whole 12 years we had the last hot tub!

Considering this is a premium product and a lot more expensive than other available brands we have been a bit concerned about its construction. In particular the filter cover has a number of hooks to attach a filter net and two hooks to secure the cover to the hot tub, all these hooks have been stuck on with large lumps of glue and looks a very cheap and tacky way of construction. Only a couple of days into ownership one of these hooks came away in my hand and I have had due re-glue it again with araldite glue.

Cons: (1)Being quite a small person (5foot 1inch) I find it a bit deep. I also find it hard to sit still and keep floating away. It is difficult to climb in and out of with not many safe places to put your feet. The hot tubs I have experienced in the past (at hotels and health clubs) have been easy to get in and out and to sit still. (2)The chemicals, filter maintenance and filling and draining I find overwhelming and a bit OTT as it is installed in the conservatory and won’t get heavy use. Pros: although I don’t at the moment find it relaxing I am getting used to it and enjoying it in the evening. I find it is helping with my aches and pains and I am sleeping better. There is also no condensation as I leave the roof windows open. I am arranging with the supplier for a quarterly maintenance agreement which is probably going to be expensive.

For such a big company the communication is abysmal. The sales team were nice enough but after sales is absolutely shambolic! Still waiting for parts to be delivered 6/7 weeks later! the tub is good, however we ordered the upgraded Smart tub, this took 2 months to deliver AFTER the tub, yet the company didn't even call to apologise. The delivery drivers when dropping off the main tub had no idea that it was supposed to be ordered( not there fault) just bad communication from the HO/sales team.
