Purchased this as multiple reviews stated ‘Best on market’ Delivered with wrong side panel. Wrist jets rattled spoiling quiet enjoyment, only to be told that this is a known issue which is being worked on by they can’t give me a date to fix. High level of insulation advertises lower energy consumption but haven’t used the product as much as I would have liked but still 250kwh over the month.

Overall good tub. However, I had the Jacuzzi 335 and the JLXL prio to this tub and I feel the power of the jets are not as strong on the 435 for some reason

The Jacuzzi itself is great but Jacuzzi service severly lets it down. I have been holding off reviewing to give them a chance to correct the faults but almost 6 months in one of the rear speakers still isn't working (from new) and still awaiting the redesigned jets. The latest engineer to visit swapped out the speaker with a working spare he had on his van but there was still no sound. He tried two new receivers but neither would connect. He said that he would order a new wiring loom and receiver in addition to the speaker and anticipated a two week delivery. The next day Jacuzzi service closed my complaint saying that it had been resolved and I have heard nothing since! Not very good for a premium product.

Looks good and a nice place to refresh your body. Plenty of options and comfortable seating arrangements. After sales very good, however, water treatment is difficult. In general use approximately 12kwh per day, draining/cleaning operations approximately 30kwh.
