Scams. They just want to steal deposits.

They are scams. They will just try to steal your deposit. We were smart enough to protect it from our side, and so suddenly after signing the contract they told us the landlord had changed his mind, they canceled the contract and we were left with no roof on our heads after two weeks of bargaining. They don't have the apartments, they just want to steal the deposits.

Worst apartment stay ever

The booking was a nightmare from start to finish.

Hannah and her team have no customer service skills and resort to lying and blaming their own customers. They do not hold responsibility for maintaining their own property.

We were without use of a toilet for 1/3 of our stay - 20 hours! They even had the cheek to ask us to stay to meet the plumber to which we refused. They then booked a plumber anyway and sent no one to meet him and said we had agreed to - which we hadn’t. They then tried to accuse us of blocking the toilet but when I spoke to the plumber he said it was unlikely to be caused by a short term issue and more likely to be caused by a long term build up of blockages. I would attach a picture of the state of the toilet we were left with but in all honesty, it would make you ill. When I said it was their responsibility they denied and said we caused the blockage which we did not. Every time we flushed the toilet it brought out sewage water and toilet roll from the pipes, I have never seen anything like it. When I complained and asked for a refund, they said they should be charging me and that we should never have put toilet paper down the toilet but into the bin. Firstly, never have I stayed anywhere where you do this, secondly, it’s unsanitary and thirdly even if it was the case (which it wasn’t because the plumber would have said), surely they need to advise their guests?

When we originally booked, we booked “Pay at the property”, however I received messages from Hannah and the team that I needed to pay in advance, when I queried this, they said their terms have changed. As a customer, we should have been informed of this change. They compromised and we paid the day before. At this point, I was sent BACS details to do a transfer which I was not comfortable with, I asked if I could pay another way and I was told to pay via a secure payment link online but there was a 3.5% surcharge which was around £20 for our booking, they should use this system and up their prices if they have to! Customers should feel safe when paying.

We collect the keys and there are loads, none labelled and it was not easy to gain access through the main gate because of all the keys!

We eventually got in to an ok apartment which looks nothing like the pictures. The apartment was not freshly clean with traces of dust and the floor made our socks dirty. The bedding was stained. There also was bed bug spray in the cupboard, so clearly they have a cleaning issue…

The customer service I received from the get go was the worst experience I have ever had. I have been belittled for my health condition, been accused of things that aren’t my fault and been lied to and about. But I am sure they will post their version of events which are not true, just look at their Airbnb reviews and also how they respond to poor reviews and that will certainly paint a picture for you.

You’ll get a better experience in a hostel, and cheaper too.
