Fake Website - Refund Refusal/Item Missing
FAKE WEBSITE. Took 2 months and an email from me for them to deliver my order and when it finally came, they only sent 1 of 2 items. The item that did come didn’t fit and was a completely different colour from the online photos. Tried for a refund but they refused on grounds it was a sale item. Looked through all their policies (and took screenshots). Nowhere does it state sale items are exempt. Keep refusing to help and haven’t mentioned anything about the missing item. Also looked back at my transactions and there was an international transaction fee when I purchased which doesn’t happen when buying from legit Aussie businesses. Have sent in a transaction dispute with my bank and reported them to the ACCC via Scam Watch.

Do not order from this website
Do not order from this website! I thought it was odd I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order. I emailed them twice and no response. Then checked my credit card and was from a company in Hong Kong. I immediately filed a dispute claim with my cc company.

It is a fake site/ SCAM. The phone number is for some random person. They charge you to a Hong Kong account and don't give you anything. DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING THROUGH THIS SITE

Scam site - Refused to refund
DO NOT SHOP HERE. Pretends to be an Australian business with an AU address, displays in AUD - charged my card in HKD. Has a returns and refund policy online that they do not uphold. I was emailed 6 days after my order to say the item was out of stock and offered a discount off another purchase - no discount code was ever provided. I requested a refund for the OOS item 3 times which they continued to refuse. I had to lodge a transaction dispute with my bank.
