Jadeconstruction were involved in removing and prepping my old kitchen ready for a new kitchen I must say the company were very professional at all times the whole team were exceptional ( specially Mark ) who came across a few issues along the way which he solved each and everyone of them within time ready for the new kitchen being installed .I would definitely use this company again without hesitation. Thank you jadeconstruction .

Recommend Jade Construction. They’ve made an excellent job of my kitchen and dining room. Great communication and excellent work done by the whole team. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future projects!

We used Jade Construction to do the enabling works for our kitchen. There were several problem areas (drains, floors and ceilings) identified by Jade all of which were unknown quantities at the start of the project. Jade were great in helping us assess these problems as they were uncovered, and come up with workable solutions to overcome structural issues. We were left with a much better end-product as a consequence. Their excellent tradesmen were very skilled, and the plastering and carpentry work was done to a very high standard. They were also flexible and communicated regularly with us which helped during a busy house refurbishment project. We also appreciated the time they spent making sure skirting boards etc were carefully painted at the end of their work. Overall, we were very happy with the work Jade undertook so our Sigma kitchen could be fitted.

It was quite by chance that Kevin Davies of Jade Construction became involved in the renovation of our property in Abergavenny, but I thank my lucky stars that he arrived at the property when he did.

I had started the renovation and was already a way along the process when Kevin arrived to survey the site where the new kitchen was due to be installed. He obviously took one look at the property and could immediately see the myriad of major problems which the surveyor had not flagged up. I will never forget him asking 'what's exactly going on here then?' and when I gave him my answer his reply was 'would you like a little advice?'. That advice started with 'I would not spend another penny on this property until you have made it watertight!'

Kevin offered to help and, having accepted that help, he immediately began to uncover some shocking issues with, amongst other things, crumbling structural walls, rotten roof timbers and window lintels, a roof well passed it's 'sell-by-date' and a front bay window sliding away from the main body of the house.

Over the course of a few months, Kevin and his team completely re-built the property and now I have a beautiful new-build in a period property. Every single surface in the house has been replaced and I am confident that the work of Jade Construction could not have been done any better. The project was never straight-forward with, for instance, poor access for scaffolding and no water on-sight. And yet, somehow, Kevin overcame every challenge that was thrown at him with an extraordinary cheerful and can-do manner. His communication with me was very clear, courteous and professional and he always explained every step of the process so that I knew exactly what were the problems and what were the solutions. This was all backed up with many photos and videos and almost daily calls to report progress.

I now count Kevin as a dear friend and cannot recommend him and his team highly enough. He is a man of great integrity and authority who works to the highest professional standards and yet is able to deal with his clients with warmth, empathy and sensitivity as well as a good sense of humour. He very gently and carefully steered me though a very difficult process and, for that, I will always be grateful to him.

I sometimes still shudder when I think what might have happened if Kevin had not shown up that day....! If Kevin is involved in a project you won't have to worry as his presence will give you peace of mind.

Jade construction were the recommended team from Sigma 3 kitchens. Following the installation of the kitchen I can see why. From the start, the whole process was customer and time focussed. The team, led by Mark (project manager), ripped out the old kitchen, dealt with any problems that arose (and there were a number!) and had the kitchen ready for the fitting team by the agreed date despite some unforeseen issues that meant weekend working to ensure everything was ready on time.

The quality of the workmanship was excellent and the whole team went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to an excellent standard. Throughout the job Mark ensured lines of communication were maintained with the customer (Me!) and he was on site to oversee and discuss any issues.

The project extended beyond the kitchen preparation and finished with a whole ground floor refurbishment.

I would recommend Jade without hesitation for the quality of workmanship and the professional nature of the way they managed the project.

I recently had a new kitchen fitted and Jadeconstruction carried out the preparation work. Unfortunately there were some unforseen problems but Kevin and his team worked hard to get the extra work completed. Kevin worked tirelessly and with consideration to make it a less stressful experience for me which I am very grateful for. He also liased with the kitchen company and the end result is excellent. I would highly recommend Kevin and his team of skilled tradesmen.

It's very rare to find a builder at short notice. Feeling upset at being let down by a builder who didn't have the courtesy to inform me, after a lengthy period, that he was no longer interested in the work that he had quoted and agreed to carry out, I decided to go through Bark.com to find professionals within my local area.

Following my initial request to Bark.com I was contacted by Kevin Davies of Jade Construction. He agreed to carry out an initial survey/expose of works and then provided quotes. The work was undertaken during the Winter period with the inevitable delays with weather etc but I am pleased to say that the work has been completed to a high standard. Mr Davies has kept me informed throughout the building process with videos and daily communications. I was never left wondering whether the builders would/wouldn't be turning up so I could plan my days accordingly. All his builders were courteous, reliable and skilled. I am happy to recommend Jade Construction as a firm who looks after its customers and provides a quality professional service.
