I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Jade With Love Toys. I placed an order, they took my money, and I never received the package. I tried contacting them multiple times through social media and even sent a formal complaint via email, but I have received no response whatsoever.

At this point, there seems to be no way to reach them, and the complete lack of communication is unacceptable.

This order was supposed to be a child’s birthday present, and their failure to deliver—or even acknowledge my messages—has caused unnecessary stress and frustration.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customers deserve better than being ignored after paying for a product that never arrives.

Whilst the items received were good, I had two items that were not perfect. One rocket was broken and a bottle of spray chalk was virtually empty. I contacted twice via their email address, once via tiktok and again via website. No response whatsoever. No customer service support at all. Really disappointed because it wouldn't have taken much to resolve the issue. My advice... don't risk purchasing just in case you have a problem. As a first time customer, I would NOT purchase again.
