Terrible Customer Service, subpar product
If I could give no stars, I would. I recently tried to buy a mat from JadeYoga . They took my 120$ without a problem, three weeks later my mat still hasn't arrived so I emailed them. Good thing I sent an email because they had never even shipped it, they said it was out of stock. I was obviously perturbed to discover this, plus my money had not been refunded when they obviously had ample time.
In all the time I was waiting I could have ordered another mat even from their own website but of course nobody was inclined to let me know. When I expressed my outrage at this service no offer was made of a discount and the rep just said "oops, sorry" . Do not order from this company. Choose a company that values their customers and that makes a quality product. My customer service experience was dreadful and my money still has not been refunded. They were unclear when it would be as the "girl who takes care of that is pretty busy right now". OMG.
