Hello

Hello. I received a product that doesn't match the order. I ordered orange, but I received brown. It doesn't match my car at all. I want to return the product, please have the shipping note and further instructions ready.
Give me my money back, and I'll send you the brown one, or send me the orange one as ordered. $150 is a lot of money, and I feel cheated. Should I report this to the police and leave a negative review online? My Chinese colleagues have always behaved honorably and refunded defective products.

ABSOLUTE WORST---AVOID

Avoid Jadhar.com at all costs. Their customer service is absolutely worthless — emails go unanswered, no one responds, and nothing ever gets resolved. I placed an order on April 4th, and as of today I still don’t have the item. No updates, no tracking, no explanation. Just silence.

If you’re considering buying from them, don’t. You’re better off going literally anywhere else.

Don't buy from this company

Coloured windscreen wipers purchased from this company did not match my car. Contacted sellers on receipt of purchase asking for address to return item and full refund as item wasn't as described. No joy from them despite several emails. By the time they offered me a $5 refund for a $29.99 purchase it was close to their 30 day refund policy. I declined their offer and haven't heard from them since. Contacted PayPal without any luck due to time line.
