VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH JADOPADO

ADVICE TO EVERYONE

AVOID BUYING FROM JADO PADO THE COMPANY IS HORRIBLE AND THEIR LEAST CONCERN IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. I PURCHASED A MACBOOK LAPTOP ON THE 10TH OF FEB FROM THEIR SITE (THE ACTUAL SELLER IS BEST WAY ELECTRONICS LLC) TO BE DELIVERED TO MY WIFE IN CASABLANCA MOROCCO ON VALENTINES DAY. I WAS GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER WITH ARAMEX COMPANY WHICH SAID THAT IT SHOULD ARRIVE ON THE 15TH OF FEB ( A DAY AFTER VALENTINES DAY WHICH WAS ACCEPTABLE). BUT UNFORTUNATELY, IT DIDNT! AND AFTER SO MANY CALLS/ EMAILS TO ARAMEX DUBAI / CASABLANCA , JADO PADO AND BEST WAY ELECTRONICS I RECEIVED THE LAPTOP ON THE 1ST OF MARCH AFTER PAYING A LOT OF MONEY FOR CLEARANCE. WHEN CONTACTING JADO PADO AND BEST WAY ELECTRONICS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE DELAY AND ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED AND ASKING FOR A COMPENSATION FOR THE DELAY WE WERE TOTALLY IGNORED AND THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. MY ADVICE TO ALL IS TO THINK 100 TIMES BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM I KNOW FOR ME I WILL NEVER REPEAT THIS BAD EXPERIENCE.
