Sadly due to measuring dog head to get right size to get of it the item was then too big as a collar.

A perfect fit for my overactive jack russell and the grey is lovely colour. The jacket keeps her warm and is waterproof ideal for winter walks. The leg straps keep the jacket in place. Would highly recommend if you are looking for winter dog jacket.

Exceptional customer service combined with a brilliant product

I hesitated to order as my whippet is a strange size! On Sat 21/1 at 8.45pm I was browsing the products and a chat icon popped up. I asked what size, not expecting a response until the next working day ! I received an immediate reply, entered into discussion, ordered two coats to get best fit. The coats arrived Tuesday. Fabulous product and a super fit easily adjusted with the toggles. The spare coat was returned Thursday and the refund processed and in my account Friday. Less than a week!

My girls two collars arrived very quickly and are the usual very high quality, they are even prettier in real life, I have four of the collars and one of the jackets and all of them are the same high quality and my questions about sizing were answered promptly ensuring everything I got fitted perfectly!

Love this coat! I thought it was too big (long) at first but after some adjusting it's great, amazing how much difference the toggles make! It covers a large area of my 'always cold' dog so keeps the wind and cold out well.
It's very well made! The attention to detail is great and I definitely think it's worth the money. Love the fact the harness hole is perfectly positioned to fit her ruffwear harness D-ring whereas other coats of hers have the hole going the wrong way, or just completely in the wrong place! I would 100% purchase again.

Absolutely love both supreme coats we've bought. The coverage is really nice and they've fit both my Border Collie & Collie X whippet very nicely. Compared to other popular makes weve tried (Pomppa, Hurtta) I much prefer these Jaegr ones. Very high quality and value for money!
