I have nothing but praise for this company. I ordered a memorial plaque for a beloved pets headstone. Absolutely beautiful. Excellent quality. Fantastic communication from start to finish and service was so quick from ordering to arrival. I Highly recommend JAF Graphics.

Great service from JAF Graphics. Ordered 7 memorial plaques with photos on. Proofs sent to me for confirmation before production started. Items arrived in secure packaging and in much less than a week after ordering. Quality of plaques is great. Would 100% use JAF Graphice again and would recommended them to anyone. They said they'd sent my PS5 with two controllers and haven't. And ripped my off of £249.64 absolute joke, and I don't know what lies they've sent to PayPal but they won't give me my money back saying item was received, but I have no tracking number ever given or Courier, what an absolute joke of a company.

Bought a sign for my gate to stop people entering it arrived thin piece of plastic looks cheap and cost 20£ with postage postage was overpriced it arrived in a cardboard sleeve five times its size When I rang and told them I wasn’t happy they refused to pay the postage I’m disabled and can’t easily get to post office I wouldn’t recommend anyone buys anything from this company

Ordered a memorial plaque with artwork for a bench on a very tight timescale. After speaking to really helpful customer service, I placed an order using the express delivery service on a Tuesday. Proof copy was received within 15 minutes of placing the order and a lovely, good quality plaque was received 4 days later (would have been received in 3 days had there been post on Good Friday).

We ordered a “wooden vintage street sign” and for £73.00 we rather expected “wooden” meant wood as opposed to the thinnest, lightest, cheapest piece of 6mm plywood that it turned out to be.
Bought as a gift we were embarrassed to give this to our friend as when you unpack it and feel the “quality” I’m sure he thought we’d spent no more than a tenner on it, including p&p.
It looks ok, hence the two stars, but if you handle it, then it feels very cheap and consequently we were very disappointed.
Better quality available elsewhere.
Avoid.

I bought a sign and light both products are brilliant. Very well made and the colours are really nice I am extremely happy with them both. I can’t wait for our garden pub/bar to be finished. Thank you JAF Graphics we would definitely use you again and recommend you too.

Carried out an extensive research for a bar sign for my Man Cave and was extremely impressed by this companies website. The website was easy to navigate and a huge selection of signs available, many bespoke. I received my sign within an acceptable amount of time, taking into consideration that my sign was bespoke. I was more than satisfied with my product when it arrived, timely. Very good quality and should last for years. Also carefully packed. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would happily purchase from them again
