Poor and non-informative website as regards returns.
The website states that a customer can create a pre-paid return label in case of a return. However, after having communicated with their customer service, this apparantely only comprises customers in Germany but not customers in other countries (in this case: Denmark) although jagdwelt24.de readily will ship orders received from the latter.
jagdwelt24.de's customer service was informed about the lack of proper information on their website but chose to reply in a meaningless way.
