We been charged for 1 EU Pallet storage…

We been charged for 1 EU Pallet storage (1 Sqm) in Germany for £533 for 18 Days. However we were never been informed or quoted for any storage charge before we using them. You just receive an invoice from JAG and they expect you to pay no matter what figure on that invoice even they know it's ridiculously overcharged. If you want to paying for 1 Pallet storage for £30/Day then your call!! JAG should write their storage charge on their rate card so we won't using them if we are aware such high storage charge!
