Excellent communication and very professional but most of all great drumming! Had many good experiences with Jake working on most of my forthcoming album, and he has adapted really well to different styles, taking in his stride playing on some quite unusual songs. Would highly recommend Jake's services!

Jake is the ultimate professional. He listened to what I had to say and understood what I wanted but also shared his own ideas which were great. Although Jake records in a relatively small room Ive managed to get great, big drum sounds from the room mic recordings that Jake provides.

I feel so lucky to have found Jake Perrett online. I have been trying for quite some time to work with various drummers to complete a full cd's worth of material. For a variety of reasons it felt like two steps forward and three steps back. I took the leap, and emailed Jake. Jake was timely, professional and humble in his response back to me. I was cautiously optimistic that Jake would not be another flaky drummer/person trolling around on the internet. I couldn't be happier to report that reaching out to Jake was the smartest decision I've made in a long time.
Over the last few months Jake has shared his talent, insight, creativity, passion, professionalism and humbleness on seven drums tracks of a planned ten song project that I am working on. I have been amazed at Jake's ability to listen to my sometimes very crappy sounding demos along with my written narratives of direction and thoughts and quickly turn them into usable drum tracks for my project. So far, it hasn't taken Jake more than one revision to nail the drums I am looking for!
