Perfect size, perfectly what I thought it would be. Never bought this brand before but excited when I opened the package.

Is way to difficult to contact them and solve any issues.

I purchased two items and, unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality. The company did clearly state the fabric composition — 50% viscose, 27% polyester, and 23% polyamide — but I still expected the items to look and wear better than they have.

While the return process for one item was smooth and straightforward, the item I kept has already started bobbling after very little wear, which is disappointing. Overall, the quality did not meet my expectations, and because of this I would not purchase from this range again.

I own several pieces. It’s an investment but well worth it. I always get so many compliments each time I wear one of my outfits. The fabrics are incredible and look great on all body types. I wish they had a referral system because I would have many more pieces with all of my friends, who buy my outfits.

My lovely jumper was delivered in a few days. It is soft and stylish.

Trying to return.
Return portal does not work.

I ordered several pieces and, unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet my expectations.

The Relaxed Pants in size S/M were particularly disappointing. According to the size guide, this size should cover UK 8/10/12/14. I am a UK 10, yet the trousers felt significantly shorter than shown in the product images — somewhere between a 7/8 and cropped 3/4 length. This made the fit feel very different from what was advertised.

I also ordered the Audrey Satin Jumpsuit. The design looks beautiful when standing, but in my view it is not very practical for real wear. As soon as you sit down, or remain seated for a while, the fabric creases heavily and creates rather unflattering folds. Black may be more forgiving, but I imagine this would be much more noticeable in other colours.

For me, the value for money was therefore disappointing. I also find it unusual that the brand’s own website appears to display only 5-star reviews. A more transparent and self-critical approach to customer feedback would feel far more credible.

Overall, while the pieces are visually appealing, the fit, practicality and price-performance ratio did not live up to the premium impression created online.

Style, colors, materials all beautiful. Takes a while to receive but worth the wait.

My package has not arrived, although I kept getting confirmations it would arrive on May 4. I needed it for today's presentation. Very disappointed.
