Customer service is very BAD
This company deserves NO star, I had NO choice.
Customer service is very BAD, RUDE & INCOMPETENT.
I made the purchase on the 6th January 2024 .
It states on the website 5 to 7 working days when ordering online, that's NOT the case , they have broken there own rules.
Misleading.
I have waited over 5 -7 days for the delivery, still NO sign of my parcel
It's now 16th of January 2024.
Should NOT be taking this long.
They have NOT processed my orders and the tracking number has NOT been created, NOTHING !
BAD communication skills from James & Nicholson and a time waster.
They have the nerve to say, thank you for your endless patience. Adding insult to injury.
James & Nicholson does NOT have a landline contact number, NO contact number. only email address.
Inconvenient & suspicious
Most of the time they will ignore your messages.
They DON'T listen, they DON'T care.
