James Cottam Flooring Reviews

JCF Ltd Great Quality, Great Price.
Having just moved to Bourne we are looking for trades people who not only offer good products at a good price but can also be trusted.
JCF Ltd not only matched those expectations but exceeded them.
We will certainly be using them again.

James and Chris were very prompt, polite, professional and very friendly. Nothing was a problem from start to finish. We had 2 rooms fitted with carpet and vinyl flooring, it was perfectly laid and they left everything clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. James recently fitted artificial grass in my back garden. Great product and great service. James and his team were friendly and approachable. Communication with James was easy, clear and he was quick to reply. He was reliable and on time, everything work out smoothy, nothing too much trouble. Great price for the quality of work completed. I am extremely pleased with the end look of my garden and would highly recommend.

Reliable, efficient and polite service replacing our attic floor

James fitted a carpet for us in a downstairs bedroom. Excellent service with great communication from James throughout. Professional and friendly offering welcome advice. Quick too! Will certainly be using James in the future. The carpet looks and feels fabulous.

James did a brilliant job fitting carpets in our home. Great communication and fantastic finished result. Highly recommend him.

We asked James to fit a laminate floor in a Conservatory that had recently been extended. Although we were really pleased with the work done by the Conservatory Company, they had, unknown to us, made an error with the levelling compound used. James noticed this straight away and we were able to get this changed. Had it not been for James’s professional eye we may well have had issues later on had the floor been laid on top.
James is reliable, personable and knows his business. If you want a job doing properly, James is your man. Thank so much James.

We had James in to fit our stair carpet and laminate flooring. Fantastic work, punctual, tidy and an easy process. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fabulous work from James and the team. They laid new carpet and underlay for us at a fraction of what was quoted by a large retailer. Highly recommend, can’t wait to get James back in to do the rest of the house when we’ve finished renovating!
