After the tragic death of my last living relative, my Aunt, it was quite hard having to deal with everything. Being in contact Gareth from James Family Funeral Services to guide me and help me with what needed doing really helped at such a difficult time. The guidance and care he provided, we as a family are so grateful for. It was a special send off and although small, it was done with great dignity and heartfelt respect. As a family, we are incredibly grateful that we could trust the Gareth and the funeral directors implicitly during such a vulnerable time. They gave my Aunt a lovely, fitting farewell.

I just have to say a massive thank you to James Funeral Services for the service we received yesterday for my father in laws funeral. First class service from the moment they turned up at the house, they escorted everyone to the limousine with umbrellas, helped my 93 year old mother in law into the car so professionally. When we arrived at the cremation they were again, so professional and so caring.

What can I say!!!
We dealt with Gareth when my son in laws parents both passed away within 3 weeks of each other.
my son in law lives in the states so I helped him out with the arrangements.
James Family Funeral Services had already overseen the funeral of another member of my son in laws family with huge respect, so he had no hesitation in contacting them again on this sad occasion.
Gareth had to liaise with both of us, no ask was too much for Gareth. He went above and beyond the call of duty many times, making a difficult job bearable.
