I purchased a sweater

I purchased a sweater, it is unaccepatble paper thin, looks like it is stick on patches etc.,
I requested a refund to no avail.
As you have declined our previous offers, we would like to offer you a 25% partial refund while allowing you to keep the items. You may keep them for personal use, give them to a family member or friend, or donate them to charity.
or send the product back to China, shipping will cost more.
I did not buy from China.
check out their website returns very misleading as how you go about your doing returns
