Having just ordered over $1K in merchandise, I called the company to exchange an item that is either poorly designed or poorly sewn. It was suggested that I take a picture of it for "review" by the company before further action is taken. The woman also suggested that all customers are treated with the same policy - which in my view is a short sighted stance which burns customers and leaves me with a negative feeling of having exchanged a great deal of money to a merchandiser who does not see me as a valued customer.

ripped yoga pants and poor customer service
I ordered yoga pants on sales and received a damaged one.
I returned it and they paid back but I had to pay the shipping invoice.
I agree definately below review. The quality of product is getting worse and the customer service is even worse. They responded me with an authority with only the process rules. They didn't care about my bad experience when I got the damaged one. I will never buy James Perse again.

Poor Online Ordering Policies and Customer Service
I received very expensive James Perse gifts. To return merchandise that doesn't fit, I must return, credit the buyer's charge card and then order again with no personal information about the credit card. I cannot go to a store to try on merchandise and exchange. Do not order gifts from James Perse online! Your recipient cannot exchange the merchandise for credit. I asked for customer service, and the details above was the response.

Can't go wrong with JP. Design, fabric and quality never fail to impress
Been buying both basics and the more pricey pieces for a few seasons now and they've never let me down. Bought a couple of the cashmere tops last winter and have been wearing them almost daily ever since. Day to day I usually wear smart casual, and it is my James Perse items that always seem to get the most compliments.
Looking forward to going into the shop in the next couple of weeks to see what's going to keep me warm this winter.

Excellent service, excellent quality clothing
Having ordered a number of items from the website they arrived swiftly and exactly as described on the website. The clothing is fantastic quality and the sizing guide is spot on. I am delighted with the service and will definitely be shopping at James Perse again.
