Beautiful Clothes, Great Company
Beautiful, high quality kids clothing. Great reward programs, sales and well priced basics to compliment the more expensive items. I've purchased many items over a few years and only one item had a minor fault, the customer care team responded in less than 24 hours with a free replacement already on its way to me. All of our other items have lasted so well and been passed along to younger cousins where they continue to last well and look gorgeous.

I have been shopping with Jamie k for a total of almost 7 years. The quality of this brand is just unmatched. The beautiful clothes. The attention to detail is truly amazing and something you'll never find in another brand. Customer service is always above and beyond. Each drop is absolutely breathtaking. I don't look forward to the day that my little girl outgrows this brand. My fingers are crossed that they continue to extend sizing to bigger kids so that my little girl can continue to wear this lovely brand

The clothing quality is insane, worth every penny! We were missing a cardigan from our order but once I sent a quick email to customer service, a package with the cardigan was on the way within 12 hours of sending the email! A truly elite clothing brand..
I have been buying my daughters' clothing from Jamie Kay for years now (since 2020) and they have only continued to exceed my expectations in quality and diversity of their clothing lines. The clothing itself is gorgeous quality and timeless! The styles of each piece are just so stunning, I constantly get remarks about how beautiful the kids clothing and accessories are. JK also has excellent customer service and are so obvious in that they truly care about their customers. This is shown in how they support customer queries/issues, as well as the incredible rewards system and sales that they offer. Used to love it, but quality isn’t the same anymore
I’ve been buying from Jamie Kay since 2018, and it used to be one of my absolute favourite brands for kids’ clothing. The fabric quality was amazing back then — thick, super soft, and really durable. Most pieces lasted a long time (as long as the kids didn’t outgrow them first).
Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a significant decline in quality more recently. The newer items, especially leggings and tops, feel much thinner than before and tend to develop holes quite easily with normal wear. It’s quite disappointing compared to how well the older pieces held up.
Another thing I’ve started to notice is a strong chemical smell when opening new packages, which I never experienced with their earlier collections.
I still love their designs, but the drop in fabric quality and overall durability has made me hesitate to keep purchasing as frequently as I used to.

We’re really sorry to hear that some of your more recent pieces haven’t felt as durable as the earlier collections. This certainly isn’t the experience we want for our customers. Our team is continuously reviewing fabric weights, blends, and construction to ensure our garments meet the high standard you’ve known and loved, so your comments are incredibly valuable and will be passed directly to our production team.
Regarding the smell you’ve noticed when opening new packages — we completely understand how off‑putting that can be. This scent actually comes from our compostable corn‑starch bags,. These eco‑friendly bags can occasionally have a stronger natural odour, especially when freshly packaged, but it does dissipate quickly once opened.
