Have received my new sunglasses after a very quick and intuitive ordering procedure. They fully live up to my expectations... nice box and very solid quality. They just fit!! I will now have a look at the reading glasses - can’t wait to get a pair of those too!

This is the first time I have ordered prescription glasses through a website and overall, the experience was good. I got two pairs of which one was sunglasses.
There was some delay involved in the shipment, but in the end Jamie Looks resolved the issues and I am very happy with the craftsmanship and quality and precision of the prescription which is spot on. I would not hesitate buying again from Jamie Looks.
They are a startup so there is still some learning curve ahead but the enthusiasm and professionalism of the team makes the experience worthwhile !

Shipping was a little over time but the glasses looked fine.
The glasses didn't fit me too well so I texted them saying I would like a return label to send them back.
2 WEEKS, 3 e-mail and 5 phone calls later I get an e-mail from them saying "Sorry for the long response time"... Now it's 3 weeks since I wrote then my first e-mail and I still haven't got my return label!
The customer service in Denmark is HORRIBLE!
Do not buy from this company unless you're totally sure these are the glasses you want! They clearly don't want them back when they're sold...

My experience with Jamie Looks has been disappointing "this far". Ordering the products was easy and the shipping out was done quickly. However the communication did not have shipping/tracking details. I wrote back to them twice and left a voice message once but haven't got a response in 10 days, since i was notified that the products have been shipped out. Needless to mention, i have not received the products yet, though the mode of shipping was 1-3 days (express).

I understand the logistics could be a factor out of control but not hearing back after 3 attempts is disappointing.

I hope someone reaches out to me soon enough and the possible next purchase, if any leads to an opposite experience.

I attended a launch party at their office, where I was given a pair of sunglasses as well as prescription glasses. I have used the sunglasses pretty much every day this summer and am very impressed by the quality and styles that they offer! Their team answered all my questions regarding the prescription glasses and ensured that the delivery time was very short.

The company goes above and beyond. Ordering was easy, U.S. customer, I received my purchase very quickly, I expected to just get a box with the glasses packaged bare. As someone who's had glasses my whole life (and have usually ended up paying masses for them) it was amazing to find this website that was so easy to use and had good quality glasses at a reasonable price!!
