Bought a jumper from them nearly a month ago. Came with food stains all over the sleeve. Haven’t had a reply to any of my 6 different emails, 2 online forms or 2 instagram direct messages. Essentially being ghosted by the company because they can’t be bothered to admit they have made a huge error. Embarrassing.
Do not buy!
Customer services were a joke sending inappropriate and unprofessional emails regarding dirty, damaged, dyed clothing.
The clothing on the models is not the same as received.

Been following Jamie Online for years and hands down the best vintage. Tried tonnes of sellers on Depop and Insta ads. Nothing beats Jamie. Carefully sourced and curated stock and always very speedy delivery. Fresh new in items often too which is great for me as a vintage girl.
My daughter bought a Nike sweatshirt & it looked perfect in the online picture however it was clear it had been dyed! First washed the dye came out of the sweatshirt & is now unfit to be worn as well as that it destroyed all the clothes in the wash! My daughter contacted customer services who were unhelpful, unprofessional & sarcastic in their response & res fused to accept that item had been dyed! They asked for the item to be returned with label knowing it had been washed! Would not buy from them again! My daughter is now out of pocket of £55 and I am definitely not happy with their customer service.
Dye their second hand clothing! After one wash completely ruined not only the jumper I bought from Jamie Online, but also the rest of my clothes that were in the washing machine along with the item. Customer services didn’t want to acknowledge the problem what so ever, very poor service provided from the get go. Very disappointing!
Ordered a jumper from them and it’s not only a different colour entirely to the one they advertised, but it is completely discoloured with what looks to be fake tan. I’ve sent an email regarding a refund and will update the review once I have a reply.
Honestly, would be better using Vinted or just buying a new one. Be cautious ordering, very expensive for what I got.
Update: I am returning the item. They were “sorry I felt this way” rather than sorry for their mistake but at least I am getting a refund. Won’t be purchasing again
