Wish I had read all the bad reviews before I ordered, I'm in the same boat as everyone, ordered 1 thing and paid and then they took more than double that out of my account again. Total rip off, got the basic email response and then nothing

I placed an order online and paid with credit card. A few days later they took another amount, more than double what I had paid, without my consent and without my ordering anything else. They are ignoring my requests for the money to be refunded. Original order did finally turn up in the mail after about 3 weeks.

First thing that went wrong was that this company stole money from my account. First payment made for items that I did not receive confirmation for, then another, higher amount was taken. No reply to emails. Scammers are the lowest of people, SCUM who would take your last cent without a conscience. Don't go near them

I made a purchase from this company on the 16th of October, however on the 17th of October another $66.60 was taken from my account. I emailed these people about this issue and was asked for purchase number, customer name, email address and delivery address. I replied with these requests 2 weeks ago and have had no reply. Do not buy from this company, they are faceless thieves.

I felt someting wasnt right when i looked at their About Us. The address was in foreign language mixed with English.

Post ref area code wasn't right either. UK codes a 6 characters, theirs shows 7.

They sent me Leather Cleaner instead of the Pro Cleaner which was for Pots, grills sinks, etc.
I sent proof of my purchase and the shipping packaging, and still they refused to refund me. Do NOT BUY from these scam merchants.They should be banned from social media sites.If i could give them no stars i would off.

My mailman just knocked on my door and explained that this company uses “fake postage”. My choice was to not accept the delivery or pay the postage. The company name and address was not visible on label so I paid so I could see what it was and look up company.

My recommendation is DO NOT ORDER DROM THIS COMPANY.

Terrible customer service. Sent the wrong product and wouldn't rectify it. I recommend not buying from this company

Ordered easy lifter mattress riser and haven't received product.

Placed an order on 31st January and received a parcel 1st March . They sent me 2 small hotel sized packs of soap when I ordered a door stop strip of foam that slides under a door to stop dirt and draughts!! they charged me over $50 !! They have not responded to my emails . Money grabbers!!! Scammers!!

Scam company. Don't order. They give no phone number and no phone number for the fake tracking number. Stay away.

I am still waiting for my order. It is going on 3 weeks. They answered an email saying it takes this long. They should inform customers up front of this time frame

Order came 30 days late, and was sent postage due. I did not open and USPS took it back.

Ordered dress that was shown on the their video as flowing around heap area with hidden side pockets. Paid with Pay Pal. Then I become suspisious as I could not locate their website on Google. I sent them another e-mail asking to cancel my order. They replied it’s too late order has been shipped. I notified Pay Pal and got my money back to my bank account. Then I received the their package that came from Wuhan Huan in China. But the dress did not fit me. Sent them e-mail asking where to return as there is no return address. They asked for tracking number and a photo to prove „the issue”. This got me even more suspicious.
