Wow, where do I start!
I ordered a new pigs ear handrail and due to a family funeral occupying my time and thoughts, I realised that it would arrive on the day of said funeral.
I called J&J Stairparts and spoke to Andrew who went above and beyond as per previous reviews regarding this gentleman and company to arrange for delivery at a time that better suited me.
Would I buy again, you bet I would.
I can not fault them or him in any way and can only finish this review by saying that in this modern age where companies are only helpful when it suits them once they have tour money to come across one that not only has a great choice of products, but back it up with exemplary customer service!
Thank you Andrew and all the team at J&J Stairparts. You are all stars in my view!

I dealt with Karen regarding my order and she was fantastic the whole time. When I do projects similar to this I am one of those awkward customers who changes their mind constantly. Karen was great and amended the quote for me over ad over until we got it perfect. The whole transaction was very easy and the communication was great, although my emails did not allow. It took just over a week for my items to be delivered. The delivery man was very friendly and quick, he checked off the whole order with me to ensure I had it all. I was very dubious based on other experiences with other online style places, recently having a kitchen with missing parts and a not so great company to work with, J and J knocked it out he park. All items were present, all had a great finish and were great quality. The balustrade is now in and it looks fantastic, I did order a little too much but I have found a use for them on another project. All in all a fantastic experience with fantastic customer service and fantastic quality.

I was looking for a specific size newel cap and couldn’t find what I needed anywhere. I came across JandJ stairparts and decided to give them a try. I spoke to a gentleman called Andrew who was so helpful. He went out of his way to assist me in order to get exactly what I wanted. A real pleasure to be treated in such a way. Top quality oak bannisters and handrails with a wonderful design so suitable for our newbuild. The products provided everything that I had wished for. Thank you so much. Found this company by sheer luck. I only wanted a small handrail to help go around a bend on staircase. They were very helpful in giving me the length that I wanted in primed wood so I could paint myself. Swift delivery service, great quality item with chrome ends & brackets, and all the fixings I need. Can't wait to install it. Would definitely recommend this company.

Needed some low profile oak stair rails to add to an existing stair case. Very impressed by the quality of pre-finished rails delivered.
