I will never buy again from this business
I am beyond disappointed with the service I received from this company. I live in Gibraltar, made a purchase for £421 using my Revolut card and within an hour received an email telling me I have been flagged as a fraudster and must pay by bank transfer. No explanation other than they have a highly sophisticated payment system who said I am dodgy. I think this is a little ironic as in their mail they say "pay by bank transfer within 72 hours or I will be blocked forever from buying something at Jane&Tash" and they however still have not returned my £421. Who is the dodgy one here?, what a threatening tone! I certainly will not want to buy again from this business and have concerns about their business practices. I would not recommend them or their dubious communications. I suggest you give clear and concise information before you insult your customers, retain their money and accuse people of fraud with no explanation.

Fantastic Company & Product
What a great experience with JT.
I purchased a bobble hat as a Christmas present, but needed to change the hat for a different colour. I got in contact with JT after Christmas, they have made the whole exchange process super easy and I received the new colour hat very promptly.
The quality of the hat appears to be brilliant and looks to be well worth the cost over other brands.
My wife is yet to wear it, as the new one has only just arrived, but I am confident it will be just as good as it looks.
Glad I have come across Jane & Tash and would recommend to others.
