Excellent Shirts
These shirts are cotton rich, and the cut is always on the generous side. In my opinion they are better quality than the shirts that you might buy from some of the main clothing stores.

I have been contacted by Swiss Post to declare the value of the parcel which is now hold back at the border for custom clearance reasons. I presume for international / Swiss shipment the value should be made visible on the parcel.

hi Tomas; in fact we did declare the value of the purchase on DECLARATION FORM which is on the outside. This is vital and normal for us for all our international shipments . I confirm we have further emailed them the copy of the invoice after seeing this comment. Its in process now. We look forward to your confirmation on receipt of the goods . Hello ; we perplexed why you left a review when you made no attempt to contact us to resolve the issue. WE found a parcel and a shirt returned but you had NOT sent back the order or any kind of paperwork telling us who it was from. We ship 50 - 100 Shirts a day , so there is no way for us to identify who the return was from.
I feel its it unfair for you to simply leave a review without even giving us the opportunity to correct a problem .
We have replaced the shirt and sent a new one. We also tried to contact you several times but no reply. Shirt was delivered on 16th June 2023
Indeed the initial shirt sent to you had a issue.... nothing was ripped... but the pocket was sewn inside out.... which was indeed our manufactures fault... but these things happen and everyone is allowed mistakes ....the important thing is how we resolve any issues .
you will also see all our other reviews have nothing less than 4 to 5 Stars .

One of the very best companies I have ever dealt with!
The quality of the shirts I purchased is outstanding, seriously incredible. They look fabulous, plus they wash and iron so perfectly. Quality flows throughout this company from order to arrival, even beautifully packaged. Value for money is incredible too! You would think these shirts cost £100 plus each, and I know as my husband has many that cost a small fortune! :-)
