DO NOT ORDER - USE PAYPAL OR CREDIT CARD IF YOU DO
Ordered £100 worth of whitening strips and have not received them after a month of waiting. No communication from Janofi to say the item has been dispatched, and no way to get in touch with them for an update either.
If you do want to risk it, then ensure you use a credit card or PayPal so that you can get your money back if they don't send you anything.

Don't use
Don't use. Used to trade as UK Crest Strips, now trading as Janofi.com as per their latest email. Not the first time they have come back under a different name. Ordered products from UK Crest Strips, items were never received. Email them numerous times, no replies. Never got my money back. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Scam
This website used to operate under the name ukcreststrips.co.uk. They claimed to have 100% guaranteed genuine products on their website. They sold me fake “Crest” teeth whitening strips which I spent over £200 on, and when I was promised a refund since I was unhappy with the authenticity of the products (boxes with fake logos and cling filmed together, sent from a post office in England with a self service machine in a dodgey black wrapped up bag) the return address was for a Mohammed Khan in Liverpool, not a company warehouse or anything like that. I did not receive the refund I was promised after returning the products, and the email address I was corresponding with was closed down or they blocked my email address, my messages being “undeliverable. I am still on their mailing list , being informed that they changed their website to this janofi.co.uk or janofi.com and send me regular emails trying to fish for more money to steal. These fraudsters have no morals and will lie to cheat you out of your hard earned money. Stay away.
