Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I inadvertently used this company when buying something from The Range website. Item was shocking quality and not as described. Of course they provided no details for returns but I managed to find their business address on the Companies House website. I sent the return by recorded delivery and nearly 4 weeks later still waiting to be refunded…..

Xmas jumper

I ordered a Christmas jumper through wowcher from this company l didn't receive it, l have emailed a few times to request a refund and when I emailed the address on the website they tell me to email a different address for refund. Just going back and forth all the time.

Don't bother

Don't bother. Ordered 'Traitors Christmas Crackers' game through Wowcher. Nothing like pictures. Cheap, nasty, with label pasted on over the top of sellotape. Doubt I'll get a refund looking at reviews, and Wowcher won't get involved 😕

Cowboy company, 1 wrong item sent and 1 wrong size. Can't return

Order with this bunch of cowboys via Range Marketplace, 2 packages arrived separately. 1 wrong size and other complete wrong item. Cannot arrange a return as no details for company direct and The Range also seems to support these swindlers!!! Shall be doing a claim back via credit card instead. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Shockingly bad service - where is my parcel / refund

Shockingly bad service. Placed an order through The Range - was told item despatched & handed to Royal Mail 16 Nov. Royal Mail tracking still states on 1 Dec that they are still awaiting the parcel. No updates from The Range or Jaoyeh. No parcel but money taken out of my bank account immediately. Kindly refund me in full.

Bad experience indeed

Bad experience indeed. My item took almost a month to arrive and worse part is that they sent the watch with pink straps and there was no compensation or extra gift for delays. I’ll never order anything from them

Absolutely s&£t company

Absolutely s&£t company. Ordered through the range received half of order and other half was NOT what I ordered.
I would willingly send back what they sent to get my original order.

Tried customer support The Range absolutely s£&t also!! Keep saying they are sending item but tracking number not valid on royal mail.

NEVER BUY FROM THESE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED

No response and no refund

I ordered tie backs via B&Q. They took weeks to arrive and when they did, they were the wrong colour. I returned them but received no refund and despite contacting them multiple times have not received any response.

Ordered a smart watch from Wowcher

Ordered a smart watch from Wowcher, it wouldn't turn on. On looking at the instructions it said to attach the charger, which didn't come with it, so now I'm left with a useless lump of plastic.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! I ordered 2 of the same coffee maker (one for me, one as a gift) and only one sent but they’re trying to make me return the one they sent me saying it was 2 and shipped in someone else’s name but I placed the order under my name! Refusing to send it back and they won’t give me a refund for the second one I ordered (order invoice shows 2 not 1). I have proof only one got delivered but they won’t accept it.

delivery was made 30th May
you advised us 4 days ago only one item had been delivered, which we apologised for and arranged a replacement to be sent out, this was processed 10th June.
We have done all we can in the amount of time that has passed since the order was first received

We bought a SMEG kettle and toaster set…

We bought a SMEG kettle and toaster set for Christmas 2024 via B&Q and the paint is already bubbling off. Upon calling B&Q I have discovered it was sold by a third party seller, Jaoyeh Trading. Phone number doesn’t exist and can’t access website. Be aware and do not buy from this seller.

Non existent customer service unless you get The Range involved.

I ordered a hoody through the Range. The picture showed a lovely dusky pink with cream string. I ordered XL as I wanted it loose fitting. When it was arrived it was a shocking bright baby pink with white string. Absolutely nothing like the picture and the sizing was completely off as it was very tight fitting. I am a size 12-14. I had no response from Jaoyeh to arrange return so after another few weeks had to get the Range involved and surprise got emailed a return label straight away. POD shows this has been received 4 weeks ago and still no refund. This company is awful and should not be selling on UK marketplaces. It took almost a month to arrive in the first place. You now have my item and my money and I have nothing.

Edit- I chased with The Range on 18th March after hearing nothing and surprise a refund has now eventually been issued (although not received yet)

What a joke..

What a joke... I brought a groupon as the picture and description looked exciting for a "Electronics Mystery Deal" ... I didn't expect much, but all my £7.99 got me was a cheap knock off set of ear buds that are not worth 50 pence....very misleading advert and a total waste of time. even if you try to email them it just bounces back...don't put time or effort into this type of scam.

Missing item and no refund

stated by Jaoyeh. Have asked for refund and have had no response despite asking twice. Apparently they are based in Wales and I am embarrassed on their behalf.

Ordered from the range marketplace, ordered an intelligent heated jacket, item was posted took a week or 2 for royal mail to
Receive the item which was expected as delivery date was a few weeks away from
My order date, got excited when i had email to say it was delivered, got home to find they had sent some small glass tags instead with a note saying that this was my replacement due to holidays, they also stated they would send my correct order, so i sent an email right away asking for a tracking number as the one i had for ordering originally was now saying delivered, but have not had a response from them, as of yet and it has been 4 working days so have sent another 2 emails today including photos of my order and what was delivered, as it stands i would advise to avoid this company, hopefully i can get this resolved, i do understand that it was there holidays and deliveries were messed up but rather than send a parcel using my tracking number and order number couldn’t i have just been sent a letter explaining there will
