As a buyer in the United States, I had an excellent experience with Japan Best. Their selection is great, offering both new and used items. Depending what you're looking for, their offers and sale prices are phenomenal as well. On top of that, their customer service is extremely responsive, helpful and genuine.
I've noticed that most of the negative reviews for this shop are misleading - if you simply read through Japan Best's policies and shipping pages, you will understand why these buyers alone are at fault and the shop isn't liable.All of my orders this far have arrived safely and timely.

I found good items here at low rates and ordered once. Though I got the order late may be due to some reasons but I was very happy with the packaging and their service.

Doesn't actually have anything in stock, they just buy from places like Rakuten and Amazon and resell it to you for a higher price, if they can't find the item or if the owner can't make enough money of it they will usually refund you. They took my money and never sent anything, claming that they never recieved the money from me in the first place (which is obviously a lie).

I ordered a figure worth $120 usd from them and it never showed up.
When i contacted them they stopped replying after i suggested a refund.
Will not be buying from them again. The worst experience I have ever had in terms of online shopping.

To get anime goods from Japan, they have no match..And I have tried a few sites already. Their customer service is helpful, polite and answers mails quick.
