Their customer service is an absolute nightmare. They constantly change their policies, contradict their own written statements, and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. First, they promised to cover return shipping and issue a full refund, then backtracked multiple times, giving inconsistent excuses.

Dealing with them has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. Their support is incompetent, their communication is unreliable, and their handling of refunds is deceptive. This company has no regard for its customers – stay far away!

Just find your part number from any source, copy paste it in the search bar and find your item in the best price possible, original OEM parts, super fast delivery to Cyprus with very good shipping prices and shipping boxes. Best by far so far. Thank you Japan!

That website makes you sick as hell, there is no way to unsubscribe from newsletters, let alone delete your account.

I'm in the USA and I was hesitant to place an order with japan.webike.net since I'd never heard of them before. But they had terrific prices on a starter motor & screws/grommets for my Suzuki GSX-R1000. So, I Google'd the company and found mention in various forums like R1-Forum.com and other related sites. Went ahead and placed my order. They would not accept my debit card or any of my credit cards. Something about them not being "3D verified". Which gives the seller some overseas protections I guess. So, I had to use PayPal to pay for it. Then, I chose the cheapest option for shipping, which was FedEx. And I'll be darned if all 15+ items were delivered within a week! And all the "OEM" Suzuki stuff looks OEM to me. I cannot tell a difference between these parts vs what I'm pulling off my bike. So, I don't think these are counterfeit. They appear to be legit!
