Recently many issue with their systems
Been using their service for 3 years now. But recently many issue with their systems. Around two month ago I bought a 10k Jp Itune card. What they sent me was a used 5k point card.
And these days their systems think that I am using a proxy or VPN. Contacted the support they make me go through a long verification process to confirm my identity, to send them pictures of my passport or bank statement (which I think is no longer/or was never legal with GDPR). Then they told me to switch the VPN off and try again. But obviously I can't switch something I am not using off.
Then the rest of the response from their supports are just generic copy and paste messages.
They also hide any negative reviews on their website

Very Good Service!
First time I ordered it was kinda annoying to vertify but after that it was a breeze. Good service, and it's very speedy. Very useful for someone like me, who games and enjoys some Japan-only content. Don't let first time deter you, it'll be a service you'll be using for a long time if you're Japan-game addicted like me!

Wonderful Experience After your First Order
After your first order, purchasing codes on this site is super smooth; your first order however is subject to a review process. The review process is easy to pass and I totally appreciate the need for it, but does take ~1 day, which conflicts with the site's claim to instant delivery. They did process my first order on the weekend though; that was very nice and unexpected!
Beyond your first order, things are very quick and easy; however, a lot of the time the cheaper code options are unavailable (I don't think I've ever seen the cheapest iTunes code option up for sale!).
Overall a great place to buy your codes! Very friendly communication and I like how they send you an actual image of your gift card!

Reliable, have bought from them multiple times and received what I needed. In this case, iTunes giftcards. The biggest suggestion I’d have for this site is to have international operating hours. It obviously (understandable) runs mostly on JP time. The first time I purchased, it was midnight in my timezone and I got the code within minutes. The second time, it was midday and I got the code 7 hours later. Might be an issue in the case of time limited gachas in certain games buyers often use the site for!
