I placed an order with Japandi Design and never received the items.
After contacting customer service, I received an email on 16 January 2026 confirming that a refund would be issued within 5 working days.
As of today, no refund has been received, despite their written confirmation and despite waiting well beyond the stated deadline. Follow-ups have not led to any resolution.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Promising a refund and not honoring it is unacceptable. I would strongly advise other customers to be very cautious before ordering.
