Artikelen niet geleverd en geen contact met klantenserice

Verschillende lampen bij besteld bij japanditrends. Bestelling geplaatst op 11-09-2025. Volgens website word bestelling binnen 1 tot 3 werkdagen verzonden.
Na een week nog geen verzendbevestiging gekregen waarna we contact hebben proberen te zoeken.
Beide telefoonnummers op de site werken niet en ook op onze mail word niet gereageerd.

05-10-2025 nam Japanditrends contact met ons op. Onze mail zou in de spam terecht zijn gekomen en hierdoor was er een probleem plaats gevonden. Ze vroegen of ze de artikelen alsnog moesten opsturen.
Hierop bevestigd dat wij graag de producten nog zouden willen.
Tot op moment van schrijven van deze review geen contact meer kunnen krijgen. (En dus ook de producten niet ontvangen)
Wederom telefoonnummers niet bereikbaar.
