I’ve placed multiple orders, and all of them arrived late despite paying for Priority Shipping (advertised as up to 15 days), sometimes taking more than a month.
When I asked for a long-term solution, I received generic replies about a busy season or claims that they have no control over shipping.
When I pointed out the inconsistency with their stated delivery commitment, a refund was issued without my request, and despite contacting them again twice, I received no response at all.
Priority Shipping here is not actually priority, and delivery timelines are unreliable.

I've ordered from Japanese Snacks Republic multiple times now, and each and every order has shipped fast and arrived quickly. Everything is always fresh and packed carefully. I've yet to have a single issue. And the free shipping is nice, too!

They also pack your snacks together if you place multiple orders close together (such as when they have a good coupon), and the orders haven't shipped yet. I appreciate that they actually check and do this. So many places happily mail your orders separately, and in a bunch of small boxes.

When they are out or there is something not available to buy there, you can request that they try to find it for you. I don't think I've ever seen that service anywhere else.

When they ran out of one item I ordered, they offered two smaller versions of it and covered the price difference.

I had been trying to find a certain snack that I found in Japan during our trip in June, but had no luck finding it anywhere. I stumbled upon Japanese Snack Republic and they had what I was looking for! They had so much variety! Because I hadn't heard anyone mention them I was a little hesitant but placed an order anyway. They offered free shipping without tracking so I thought I'd at least see. About 2 weeks after placing an order a package arrived and lo and behold it was my precious precious Porippy Chocolate Peanuts! I am so happy to have found somewhere to get the lil snacks I loved most in Japan. They also take requests for things so if there's something they don't currently stock reach out!

The customer service is amazing too- when I placed my order my PayPal automatically filled with the wrong shipping address and I didn't realise until after, so I sent an email and they responded super fast and assured me they would use the correct address.

Firstly, I am glad that I am the first to review this site via trustpilot.
Secondly, I always wanted to order from them, but there was no shipping available to my country via Japan Post (Covid-19 epidemic effect). But now, after a year and a half of waiting, they finally ship to my country.
Thirdly, I cannot find the words to express my gratitude to yo because how much expensive shipping price to my country, as the shipping alone amounted to 8,800 yen ($59), and this amount is close to the value of the products that I ordered (about $70). Thank you very much, I am grateful for the fast free shipping.
Fourthly, the packaging of the goods was very nice and tight.
Fifthly, I had written to them about the allergens and everything I received was identical to what I wrote in the description (except 3 items).
Sixthly, thanks for the free snacks.
I will definitely support you in any way I can even if it is spreading my positive review everywhere I can. I will definitely order again (I don’t sure if I ordered again it will be help you business or will cause you big financial losses 🌚)
