tried it once, good but need improvement on the quality

I too wish I'd read the reviews. I ordered a turtle quilt for my wife for Christmas.They sent me the wrong quilt and have been incredibly hard to contact. I have emailed them no less than 20 times and still haven't gotten my money back. I have a feeling their scam is going to be to send me the turtle quilt (which I no longer want since Christmas was almost 2weeks ago) then they'll again be impossible to contact. BUYER BEWARE!! Aquacozy is a scam and you will not be able to get your money back!

Read the reviews before your purchase. I wished I would have. I have ordered 5 quilts, total. Correct the printing is not the best and the quality it not the best. But, it's do-able. But, on the largest quilt there is some extra numbers, not sure what they are. Very poor customer service. I was asked to take a picture. I did. I was then offered that I could send it back...at my expense and they would replace it and send me the correct version...at my expense. So, I'm stuck with the quilt. I apologized to the recipient of the quilt. Read before you buy! (I wished I was able to post the picture with this, but not sure how to)

This is a rip-off ugly nasty and a piece of crap for $90.00
This is two piece of thin fabric you can see through it when you hold it up! No guilting at all size is not right total ripoff !
From China, if I knew,it came from their I would not have ordered!

I ordered a rug costing $139. It arrived and was fuzzy and pretty much a velour blanket. I asked for a full refund and they offered me a 20% refund and 30% of the next order. They have said if I return it to China and pay for postage they will give me a full refund. Their customer service emails after order are very promising and dishonest! They say how they 'tested and inspected for quality or any minor errors. Because we care about you Jenny, we want it to be absolutely perfect.' Do not order from them.

I would give less than one star if possible. The thing I received was NOTHING like the photo of the quilt I ordered. The word quilt is a stretch for this piece of crap. It is very cheap, stiff material that has a whisper of batting, if any. It is printed on the fabric, not the lovely stitching you see in the photos. The printing itself is uneven and blurry not a crisp line anywhere. The colors were not anything like the picture. I ordered a beautiful Celtic love knot "quilt" and got a badly printed neon green and orange piece of cardboard that I would not even use as a beach blanket. Tried contacting them to get my money back, asked repeatedly for an address to return it to. Never responded with an address. Offered 25% back, again told them I wanted to return the item, never heard from them again. Total rip off!

I ordered a rug from them if that is what you want to call it! I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s like a piece of cloth sewn on something that’s supposed to look like a back of of rug😡😡😡😡plus it took forever to get it and they claimed it was mine was being especially made for me! Please! I also received notifications that it was shipped and it wasn’t. They blamed it on the holidays. When I did receive it I was shocked to see the packaging like it was a piece of clothing! Don’t do it EVER!!!

Yes, it is thin, but my complaint is that it hardly covers the top of the bed, with nothing to hang down and cover the blankets on the sides.

While I've not bought anything, I reported the site for art theft a while back for using the artwork of Anne Stokes and other artists who had their works used for their merchandise across various sites. I don't know about anyone else but at least for me, the site appears to now be down but has popped up again as azcozy. Upon looking at the reports here, I'm sorry that you were scammed out of your money, and hope that you're able to find companies that have quality products that are exactly what you ordered. I ask that you please spread the word that this company steals art from other artists to plaster onto their mediocre products and report report report for any items that look suspicious. I absolutely don't want this company to get away with what they've been doing.

Acozy is a scam. You order a “ rug” and it’s really a cloth. The colors are not at all what you receive. Then you want to return it and the cost to mail to China is 3 times the cost of the item.
I do not recommend this company, they take your money and do not stand behind it.
Awful!!

It's a printed, so so resolution image on a thin microfiber quilt smaller than standard US sizes. Don't understand why the lies instead of embracing what they actually are. They can print whatever the F you want, trademarks and artist credit be damned, onto a quilt. They should let people pick the images, layouts & border colors/patterns for a custom, printed quilt which I think is priced appropriately. Why the lie? Cotton? Not a thread. Hand made? No way. THEY COMPLETELY STOLE MY MONEY!!!!
They refunded the 25% that was supposed to be taken off when I ordered which brought my total for the quilt $76.40 to $62.41. I agreed to pay $62.41 but I never received ANYTHING! When I wrote the company they said we cancelled your order and refunded your money. Now I am going to have to go to my bank tomorrow to get the money they stole put back into my account. They are very devious people and if you try phoning the company it is all Japanese. Do NOT become involved with these people. I wish so much I would have read reviews before I ordered.

Wrong quilt sent. Cheap quality item received. NOT a homemade quilt, just two pieces of fabric sewn together. Thin and nasty. Waited and waited for messages back concerning the wrong quilt issue and then basically given the run around. No refund. These people are rip off artists! Please be warned.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY! I was very excited to get my quilt but was very disappointed when I received it. I rated a 2 star because at least their communication was great! My quilt material was poor quality, very stiff and scratchy and the quilt was very thin. The stitching was extremely poor. The trimming was so poor it was coming off already. I was disappointed to see that the material was just one big piece, not individual squares sewn together. I would not recommend these quilts to any of my friends or family, nor buy from again.

A very ugly quilt arrived for my Birthday present not a homemade quilt very cheap material very unhappy with it you are reaping people off facebook should be doing something about the company

Piece of crap, this is NOT a quilt, two pieces of thin material sewn together, sizes are NOT true to size. These people should be prosecuted !!!

Cheap rubbish quality. Picture nowhere near as vibrant as advertised, & very blurry. Quality shocking not a quilt just 2 sheets sewn together. Queen size is a double.

I returned my quilt for the same reason as many complaints below. Not hand quilted, merely a printed picture and definitely not worth the money. Where is my refund!?!?! Christine Smith

Waited 3 weeks for it. It is thin and faded looking. The pictures on it look like they are enlarged past having detail. Not colorful and beautiful as pictured. Not worth $59 for sure. Maybe $19.99. I am returning it. So bummed.
