After three weeks, I still haven't received my order.

After 20 days, I still haven't received my order. I shop mostly online, both domestically and internationally. When I buy from a store in an EU country, I expect to receive my order within 10 days. It's never happened beyond two weeks. Well, there's always a first time, unfortunately. At this point, I don't even know if I'll ever receive it. It is essential material, not optional. Disappointing.

Very disappointed with my experience…

Very disappointed with my experience ordering from Japebo. I placed an order on November 10th and paid extra for DHL Express to ensure fast delivery. The website did not indicate that the items were out of stock, and only after repeatedly contacting support did I learn they were backordered.

Over several weeks, I’ve received inconsistent or no updates at all. Messages through different support threads often go unanswered, and despite being told the order would ship “next week,” it never happened.

The lack of transparency, poor communication, and continuous delays make it very difficult to trust this company. I’ve requested a refund or a guaranteed delivery date, but I’m still waiting for a clear response. Very disappointing experience.

Unfortunately, the item you ordered was placed on unexpected backorder by the manufacturer without prior notice to us. We fully understand that you chose DHL Express to receive the order quickly, and it is not acceptable that the stock situation was not made clear at the time of purchase. We also acknowledge that our communication was not consistent enough while we were waiting for reliable delivery information from the manufacturer. That is on us, and we are sorry.

I would also like to clarify one point: as soon as you informed us that you did not want to wait any longer, we immediately cancelled the order and issued a full refund. I understand this does not undo the inconvenience, but I want to ensure the timeline is correct.

Your feedback is being taken seriously. We are already tightening our processes around backorder visibility and escalation with suppliers, so customers receive clearer and faster updates going forward.

If you would like us to review your case in detail or confirm anything regarding your refund, please reply here or contact us directly and we will prioritize your request.
