I just received my order and was so disappointed I had to write about it. I've bought stuff from Jacques London before but this was unacceptable! I bought the 120 poker chips set along with Double Nine Dominoes set for my family and friends to play with this Christmas. Upon opening the box of poker chips, my wife had to literally wipe each chip because they are dirty. The Dominoes were cracked and the spinners are rusted. I feel like I'm on Prank waiting for Ashton Kutcher to jump out

This board is very solidly crafted. It's like a piece of furniture -- I leave it out on my living room table. Expensive but worth it, as it will last for years and looks beautiful.

The company makes excellent products and has great customer support. Pleasure to deal with.

We ordered one of the more expensive Badminton sets and was very disappointed with the quality. Seemed more like a cheap set from Walmart. Net is made out of very cheap material (rips easily and shuttles(birdie) fell apart with just normal play the first two games.

1 star for an unacceptable experience. To be honest, the item I ordered shipped and arrived on time without incident.

The issue, I was forced to make an account during the checkout process, and then JaquesAmerica proceeded to send me an account creation confirmation e-mail with my password in plain text. This is completely idiotic.

This means that they are storing unencrypted passwords, which is both unprofessional and just plain stupid. Even given that they are storing unencrypted passwords, why in the world would they automatically send out passwords in plain text to everyone who creates an account? They are showing zero concern for the safety of customers account information and this raises serious concerns with how they handle and store credit card information.

This is ridiculously unprofessional and shameful. I will never be using company again

The set that I bought had knights that looked like camels.
They looked nothing like the picture on the website.
I called to complain. They explained that the pieces are
made in India. The quality depends on the person who happened to do the carving.
The people were nice to me, and very professional. They let me return the set for a full refund.

I ordered a set of championship hoops, they arrived quickly and in perfect shape; an additional question was attended to promptly and courteously. The set of two canvas and leather hoop storage cases is beautifully made, handsome and effective.

The products are quality. The service is prompt, accurate, and courteous. And, for the extraordinary quality, the prices are very fair. I have a Sports Day every year, and most of the venues are stocked with Jaques equipment.

I love this Badminton kit - it has a tidy bag for storage and it looks great. I'm not very good at the game, but I'm having a lot of fun!

I bought a shuffleboard game for a friend. The quality of the product was wonderful, unfortunately the directions and rules of the game were not included. However, I emailed customer service and received a PDF of the rules by the next morning! The customer service also checked in when the package was sent to make sure it had been delivered in good condition. I can't say enough good things about Jaques' customer service and their quick and profesional manner.
