I've ordered my case two months ago and have not received it. I've sent multiple emails and they haven't gotten back. This is abused.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. It took a lot longer to ship then it stated it would on their site. Zero response to emails asking about the status. I'm guessing they get a lot of one time only customers. I'll never use them again. I'd also like to know how they have a 2.3 star rating when they have all 1 star reviews?

Very awful I ordered my case 1/15/23 And now it’s 1/19/23 and still yet to send me a confirmation code and idk if I just need to be patient or if there a scam and I will take to Law enforcement

Buyer Beware ordered Grateful Dead Merch
We ordered a Grateful Dead phone case, when it came in it was the wrong size. Wrote 2 emails to the company and never heard back.
It appears they are out of Indonesia. Beware if you use them, they ghost you if you contact them about issues. Buyer beware!!!

My grand found phone case he really wanted
My grandson found a phone case here @jarcase he wanted to order, as usual I tried to make an account via email and it wouldn't let me in order to sign in.. Now however it would allow me to place the order, sound weird well I got to where I could then closed it out without giving my card detail. That's why this is a fake site! Please don't try to order from jarcase.com.. They never have replied to my email..7/28/2021 SB. So glad I didn't let my grandson place the order with his debit card first!

the item (a branded phone case) took 2 weeks to arrive and was clearly a fake - with Stock photo watermark still visible in the printing of the design.
