I put 1 star to attract attention. Otherwise it seems like the company doesn’t really like to reply to customers
It is mentioned that processing time is 24 hours. I also paid an expedited delivery. However, 1,5 days and 2 emails laters there is no reaction from you.
I stumbled across all the negative reviews here and I do not want to continue with this order. Please return money and do not send me anything.

To add to it, was only contacted after publishing a review here. And before returning money they asked to delete the review.
It is very concerning that there is no return address accessible to the customers beforehand. Paying for the return wouldn’t be even a problem.
Moreover, disturbing that I cannot cancel the order over the profile. It only depends on the customer service.
The dresses look perfect on the pics, unfortunately, the company doesn’t create a reliable image.
Hopefully they will consider the reviews they get here and improve.

Excellent service

Feel free to order from JardinVue, they are the best. Despite the fact that I made a mistake for the delivery, they did everything they could, sent me a new dress and delivered it on time. I am very pleased with the customer service and that's what made me like my dress even more. And the dress is as it is shown on the pictures here, perfect. Thank you JardinVue!!

Zero stars

If I could give it a zero, I would… The dress was horrendous. The fit was all wrong and looked nothing like the photo. You’re better off saving the money and shopping on Amazon.
I tried to cancel the order before it had been shopped after reading the reviews and they told me I couldn’t. The response was timely yet very confusing and seemed translated.

The dress was beyond cheap

The dress was beyond cheap. In the photos it looks high end, and in person you can tell it's cheep and poorly made. Ill fitted too. Just all around bad. Will never purchase from this store again.

do not order from this cite

I ordered two dresses from this cute about over 2 months ago. I still have not received either. I have contacted customer support multiple times and each time they just say they’ll refund me 20% for the order instead of giving me any updates about the actual tracking and where the package is. I’m a college student and now moving so I need to change the address or cancel the order at this point and they refuse to tell me anything other than that they are giving me 20% back. I could honestly care less about the refund I just want the dresses!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Great skirt, great customer service

I know there are a lot of dubious online stores out there but this is not one of them.
Ordered a skirt and was fretful that it wouldn't arrive so emailed them and they were courteous and helpful. The skirt arrived relatively quickly and I love it!

I shopped around and found these fabulous pants for sale up to $1,200 on other sites. These are the exact same pants, just as beautiful for a little over $100. I feel like I won the lottery. They arrived relatively quickly, and when I needed a different size it was handled easily.

Feels like scam, refuse to give return address, EDITED

I wish I would have read this website before I shopped in this store. It seemed legit, I have seen some good reviews so I trusted it. The dress that arrived is not ugly or anything, the material is nice BUT they have sent me the wrong size. I wish to return the item and contacted the customer service but they avoid sending me a return address, despite claiming on their websites I can return the dress withing 28 days. They keep offering me 40% refund which seems a bit too low since they have sent me a completely different size of a dress and it is therefore their mistake. I believe they keep the address from me because they want to seem legit but it is actually a scam company making cheep dresses, stealing designs (I have seen people suggesting that), so that people would not learn about it. I am very disappointed and I am losing hope that I will ever receive my money back. Horrible experience.

UPDATE: I have received some refund that is approximately 67% of the price I paid and I kept the small dress. They refused to give me the address for another couple of days, then after I wrote this review, I have first received the refund and then they started answering on instagram again (which they stopped after some time, therefore I continued to solve my issue at their customer service email). Only after I wrote this review, I was able to receive the address for refunds, with request to change or delete my review. I will not delete my review, because I still believe it is a scam shop. However, I will edit, that I did indeed receive a higher refund than I was first offered. The address I received is in the US, but I am not gonna sending the dress back since we agreed on the refund instead before they ever gave me the address. So if you are struggling to get the return address from them... they will apparently give it when you write them a bad review.

I am still quite sure it's a scam. Or at least very poorly managed company, because the experience I have with the return/refund process is super fishy. I do not recommend shopping in this shop. I believe if you get the dress you ordered, the size and everything, it is possibly a very nice piece of clothing, because the small dress I received is supercute, but I still feel like I was scammed.

I ordered the dress and it came torn…

I ordered the dress and it came torn and it didn't look like the dress on the web at all and I ordered a size s but the actual size was xl. I requested a refund and took pictures of the damage. They offered me 40% and to keep the dress, after I refused, they offered me 60% and to keep the dress, after I refused, they also sent me information about the return and that if there is damage at customs, they will not return my money money. After I told them that I would report them to the police and that I would post all the pictures of the conversation and the pictures of the web dress and the dress that arrived, they said that they would refund my money and that I could keep the dress. They didn't refund me the full amount and they still owe me, but it doesn't matter. This is a scam and beware! The dress came to me in about 6-8 working days, which means that it was not in America and passed customs, because it would not have come to my address that quickly. They said that I have to return the dress to America and that I bear the cost of the return and that it could take about 15 days or depending on how long they hold it at customs. After they refunded my money and sent a confirmation, I realized that the time difference does not match that between Croatia and America, so they probably send the dresses from China😂😂 I also wrote a review on their official website, but they were never published. I also put pictures of the dress there

I’m extremely disappointed with this…

I’m extremely disappointed with this dress. The fabric feels synthetic and plasticky, nothing like what’s shown in the photos. The model doesn’t fit well, and the sizing is completely off. The actual dress looks entirely different from the website image, which is misleading. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone looking for quality or accuracy in their purchase
